This is not going to make some Aztec fans happy.
As I have said, this Chuck Long recruit will probably become one of the Top 3 QB's in Aztec History before he is done.
He will be one of the top 5 for sure......And THAT my friends is saying a lot.

There are a few others. Just because you recruit a few good players doesn't mean you are a good coach. Especially when you compare it to his overall record. Which was pathetic. |

You mean like Louis on Sanford from behind in the film room? Your boy should have protected his own players, or at least disciplined those who committed crimes. Sorry, we can argue Cal Poly losses and Idaho wins, but not a lack of control of his team.
Poor Chuck. I'll take his special projects salary and you can pile on me on the message board all you want.

I'm quite happy with Ryan's career so far (despite some maddening plays at times) and he's gonna set alot of Aztec passing records by the time he's done, but deserving Heisman hype? Not so sure of that one. |

Everything lines up for a huge year by lindley:
2 years starting, a year under the system, 2 stud wide outs, an athletic tight end, some new young talent. If he's consistent he'll have a monster year

I'm quite happy with Ryan's career so far (despite some maddening plays at times) and he's gonna set alot of Aztec passing records by the time he's done, but deserving Heisman hype? Not so sure of that one. I fully agree. If he puts up big numbers this year, NEXT season he'll get some props. BTW, I love the Kapernick video. Like it's some hugely impressive play when all he did was fake a fullback dive and then run off tackle. (Sure wish our linemen could block like that once in awhile.) |

I can't wait to see what he does this year. It will be the second season using the same system, he has two very good receivers in VB & Sampson, he has another year of experience working with them, and hopefully a much improved offensive line. While KO had a monstrous senior season, I'm expecting that Lindley's best season to be his junior year, just due to all the weapons he has this year... |

I terrorized it because there are so many morons on that board that don't respect people that have just lost loved ones. When the MOD's let them get away with that....they were fair game. I don't regret anything I did or said over there....and please tell them that for me. -I never did anything to Aztectalk 4. In fact, I was voted the 2nd best poster on Aztectalk on that board. Not sure what you are talking about. -I have never got a message from the MOD's on this board saying I am terrorizing the board. In fact I have had a great relationship with AztecWilliam on this board from the start.....which was way before you were on this board. I have also had comments with B5Erik telling him I would comply on anything he has to say.....as long as others have to comply too. We have had no problems. We should probably hash it out on PM. I did that once with you and you said you understand. Clearly now, you don't. PM me when you have time if you wish to talk it over. |
