There's an easy fix to this. First let me state that the numbers are not 100% correct, only used to make my point. If LV and Reno remain in the MW the TV revenue will be 3 million per team. Now if LV went to the Pac 12 then their tv revenue would be 9 million. LV would agree to split the difference with Reno and would therefore send 3 million to Reno. Let the rest of the MW teams scream that's not fair. Both teams come out ahead with LV going to the Pac 12.

Someone said not to listen to the Monty Show updates? Personally only care about this school, so not following him regularly. Is the show inaccurate? Any suggestion on better alts?

The two schools have a history of being in different conferences and UNLV will simply tell the board it's "either one of us or none of us."

The PAC 12 knows they can get UNLV at any time. If we want them we will grab them.

The PAC 12 knows they can get UNLV at any time. If we want them we will grab them. Unless the B12, or AAC, grabs UNLV first. Either might do it if it weakens the new PAC, even though it might dilute the TV $ a tad for other B12 or AAC schools. In some cases it's not just about strengthening your conference, it's also about weakening other conferences with this realignment rubbish.

Maybe the AAC but not the B12 and if the AAC then they will also have to take Novada.

AAC will be damaged beyond repair once Memphis and Tulane are in the Pac 12.

UNLV has the lowest viewership in the MW when it comes to football.
SDSU has the lowest in the new Pac-12.

UNLV has the lowest viewership in the MW when it comes to football. SDSU has the lowest in the new Pac-12. Re UNLV, that's going to change quickly if they keep up their recent/positive trend. Re SDSU, that's not going to change quickly if they keep up their recent/negative trend.

We do have the weakest fan base in the New PAC6 for sure, and only UNLV would be worse in a football PAC9 with Tulane and Memphis (although Tulane isn't much to brag about fanbase-wise).
Go Aztecs!

Pretty sure if they look west they would want us long before they'd want UNLV.
