He kinda reminds me of marshon brooks They both have the same willingness to put the ball up, they both get to the line at a high rate (in College). The difference is Marshon has a much smoother game and better handles. Jamaal has a much bigger motor and is more athletic. Jamaal is a better rebounder, both could improve on D

I predict fewer minutes for Jamaal this year. Deeper team and we all saw tired legs on the players at the end of the year.
It might be interesting to compare stats per minute to see the increase in effectiveness.

If JF has any aspirations of NBA, which I imagine he does, efficiency will be one of the most important (if not the most) indicator of growth as a player, and more importantly team player. At the end of the season all of his teammates need to be able to say they loved playing with him because he them a better player.

Since we'll be playing in more big games this year, the answer is no. The teams best player will always play high minutes. More talent only decreases the minutes for role players. Guys like Rahon will see their minutes go from 30 to around 15-20.
