Based on the most recent reports from Ross Dellenger, John Canzano and Amanda Christovich
Gonzaga did NOT yet agree to join the Pac-12
Air Force gets a $10 million dollar bonus for staying with the MWC
MWC has a 4pm PDT deadline for the other MWC teams to stay
All the AAC schools declined the invitation to join the new Pac-12
Looks like best options now are UNLV and Utah State…. but if they say no I’m afraid this could just blow up in our face.

Well, if UNLV accepts. USU isn't bad in BBall, 4,500 feet elevation is doable. I can't see how any of the remaining schools would rather stay in the MWC v.s the PAC. |

Just read that UNLV and San Jose State staying in MWC. Oh my…
From Amanda Christovich:
San Jose State also plans to reaffirm its commitment to the Mountain West today, source tells @nbcsports.
Believe @petethamel first reported this development + UNLV intending to stay in the Mountain West as well.

Looks like Utah St is a yes for the pac. Now who gets the final rose from the conference to get to 8???

As of 3:30 p.m. MT, Utah State, San Jose State, Nevada and UNLV had not signed the deal with the Mountain West. UNLV and Utah State officials have seen the expansion presentation from the Pac-12, something Yahoo Sports reported last week
