New Mexico blows a 21 point late 3rd quarter lead at home to Montana St. Bronco Mendenhall ex BYU coach is now the New Mexico coach. What a league.

Hate to say it but this year is going to be ugly for some squads. Hobos are extremely well coached and have a quality QB, not much else.
Josers, Nevada, uuuuuuuUtah State all will be neck and neck for last.

Nevada is not all that great, but their QB just does enough. People will use a spy on him and then stack the box going forward. Nevada's defense is really improved or SMU has taken a big step back.

I think both NV and NM were underdogs. I was really surprised when Nevada had that lead on SMU, and not surprised they ended up losing.

No worries. Two bottom-feeders lost, and Nevada actually held a good lead for a while. I'm more concerned about how we do, along with Boise and our more competitive squads.

Not sure why all the bashing on MWC? Both those games were big dogs that both leading late in the game. I’d consider it a nice performance from the 2 teams and Hawaii had a nice Dub.
