Then you probably should be paying more attention, honestly. www.google.com/amp/s/www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-features/trump-prison-conviction-trial-1234828231/amp/www.vanityfair.com/news/2020/11/donald-trump-post-white-house-prosecutionswww.google.com/amp/s/www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12196697/amp/Hes-scared-s-Trumps-former-chief-staff-says-ex-president-terrified-going-jail.htmlNumerous people close to Trump, people inside his inner circle, his own legal staff....have all said he's privately expressed serious concerns about going to prison. He's scared. Go to Truth Social, you'll see 40, 50, 60 posts a day, at all hours of the day and night. Attacking Jack Smith, his family, other attorneys, judges, basically anyone without the last name Trump. I'll refer back to the latest legal filing from the DOJ: You don't use specific, meticulous examples like Jack Smith did if you don't have proof that those things happened. It would be a fatal legal strategy. Smith's team, which includes one of the most respected lawyers in the world, isn't doing that. I will agree that the attacks and the bravado (false bravado, really) are typical of the normal Trump bluster. But they also indicate the awareness he has of the impending legal jeopardy in front of him. A prison sentence for him is almost assuredly a terminal one, considering the seriousness of the offenses he's charged with. Well yeah, there's the typical fright that anyone would have with a possible prison sentence looming ahead, but he's reacting to it all like the Donald Trump we all know. Nothing shocking there. His actions towards it are nothing out of the ordinary to make a note of it. Status quo. I know you want to continuously make him look as bad as you possibly can, and bring up EVERY SINGLE situation he's involved in, ok, but it's a bit much. It's getting redundant. Yeah, that's why the original thread on his FBI warrant wasn't updated for over a month.... Because I clearly want to make him look bad and bring up EVERY SITUATION he's involved in. Don't respond if it's redundant. Pretty simple. The fact you want to come after me and not even attempt to renounce some of the insanity on the last page alone is pretty hilarious. Nothing of value is added, so just scroll on by.

I've already stated my stance on Trump and for that matter, Biden. Could care less for either one of them.

I've already stayed my stance on Trump, and for that for that matter Biden. Could care less for either one of them. It's not, but that's actually a good point. Maybe because....it's important? Maybe because we've never had a former president actively charged with 90+ felony crimes? Maybe because we've never had a former president who represents such an inherent danger to our country? Maybe because in an election year, when that person is still (at this time) on the ballot and the actual nominee for a major political party? Think. We have a former president accused of selling not just our state secrets, not just some of the most classified material on the planet, but also the nuclear capabilities of one of our allies, for example. Isn't that a bit insane? That person is running for PRESIDENT of this country. Flash back to January 6th. That person's own vice president had his life endangered in our own Capitol building. His own Speaker of the House. Members of our own Congress helped plan it. That's worth talking about. When you're a reductionist, you lose the focus of the bigger picture. You want to discredit someone, even someone as logical and as versed as I am on this topic. You wave away concerns and make it all about Trump this and Trump that.....when it's not even about him. It's about what he represents, the danger he creates, the lives he puts in jeopardy, the unrest he craves to incite. Sorry if that's boring to you. You're not obligated to be here.

You won't believe me for $#!+, but if the name Trump was removed and was replaced with another name, I'd be saying the same thing. It's not about the person, it's about the conduct.

Unless the Supreme Court grants cert by end of day tomorrow, Trump will be on the primary ballot as the default candidate for the Republicans.

Fantasies. You refer to the polls with virtually every negative Biden post, while simultaneously dodging questions right and left. So let's look at some polls, since you're convinced. www.270towin.com/2024-presidential-election-polls/Trump is currently up 1%, well within the margin of error, when you combine all the national polls together. But polls...don't vote. People vote. Trump has to survive both current and future 14th Amendment challenges, felony criminal charges in multiple jurisdictions, his own ego and multiple civil lawsuits. Trump's downfall is his voters love to TALK...they don't love to show up at the ballot box. The same will be true in 2024. If this is the case, why is Axelrod, Obama openly talking about booting Biden off the ticket? The crucial swing states are leaning Trump. Biden is tripping and falling….literally and in the polls. He appears old and feeble, while Trump projects strength and alertness. Just listen to the two speak. Biden is incoherent and useless without his teleprompter. NOT PRESIDENTIAL. "Strength and alertness." "Presidential."

WA State files to get Trump the lump off the ballot. Let's see what can be done about insurrectionists.

With Trump's subpar performance in New Hampshire (Haley outperformed virtually every poll), it's hard to see a path through the swing states for him.

Oral arguments this morning are not going well for the Colorado petitioners. The Supreme Court, as largely expected by the legal community, does not want to open this box and create legal precedent.
