There is an instagram post on the goaztecs.com website with the hashtag before the blm words. On tuesday night in washington dc, a group of rioters and their mob celebrated the burning of the U.S..Flag. I am calling on the goaztecs.com website to remove that instagram post and blm support. If they don't, I will retire as an aztecs fan. The aztecs have done so much good for the military over the years. This hashtag before blm means the aztecs athletic department supports U.S. Flag burning with their blm statement.

Just to confirm... You're going to stop being an Aztec fan, because a group of protesters exercised their first amendment rights by burning the US Flag? And this is somehow an attack on the US Military? Was it a US Military flag? I thought it was a US Flag so I'm not sure how the US Military is involved.
Not only that, but because a small subset of protesters participated in the flag burning, anyone who supports the idea that Black Lives Matter (including SDSU athletics) is automatically anti-military? There's no in between? I can't agree that Black Lives Matter while also supporting our troops because a few protesters burned a flag?

Believe it's been there for 5+ days, or well before your claimed event. How in the hell do you get anti US from that? Unbelievable. This is why I avoid Instagram, Twitter, etc. - people read into something that's NOT THERE! Everyone has to read between the lines & are mind readers and/or clairvoyant. |

Not standing for the pledge of allegiance...burning the flag...protesting...speaking truth to power...is a 1st Amendment right that those in the military died face down in the mud for...that's democracy at its best.....

Burning the flag of any individuals home country is a very sad act. In the case of the United States of America, many individuals of all races, nationalities and gender have fought and died for the RIGHT of our citizens to burn our flag. In my eyes, those that take advantage of that right should be ashamed of themselves.
