I would think Williams would be asking himself if he's only getting more playing time than the walkons, not getting playing time on a nine man roster now, what chance does he have next year on a team with a full roster. If Pelle said he wants to come here room will be made I would suspect.

If true then why stay? Williams playing time appears to be going down in conference although he should get some time against AF if Jamaal can't play. On the other hand LaBradford's time seems to be on the increase, for whatever that's worth.

What you're not realizing is we need players that will accept limited or zero minutes. Fisher is going to go 12 deep next year. So two players are going to have limited playing time no matter what. I'm not sure where you're getting this two number, because you can have 13 scholarship players, and players who we can accept having somewhat limited playing time from the start are probably Shrigley, Skylar, and LBF. It's not the fact that we want players who accept limited roles, it's that AW will have no role, essentially a glorified, paid-for walk-on. That doesn't fly in the real world

AW is also a good player, but just not at the level we're starting to expect.

That's my point. Free education yes and if you are a basketball player and want to play, you are going to have to transfer to another school.

Where is his minutes going to come from? It'd be nice to have a backup pure point guard. Winston's a great passer, but he's a lead guard. Plus LBF is talented, so I have no qualms and hope he plays well next season.

Winston is a better passer than LBF right now. Better passer, but his ball-handling? If you really wanted to be frank, then sure, LBF might not play much next season. But I still think he's a good and talented player who isn't "wasting" a scholarship, if you wanted to put it that way.

Hopefully they dont bitch and complain, as LBF and AW have not been cancers at all.

AW has put in his time. Let him make the decision and leave it at that. There's no need to push guys out just to grab someone else who's gonna sit anyways...
Even though I want Jan as bad as the next guy...

If Pelle decides to come here, that's one thing. If not, then the guys on the team today should be here next year. It seems everyone is assuming we'll be injury free. Look at all the players who are either banged up or having to play with nagging injuries. Depth is important, just as in football.

The Aztecs will have a ton of depth next year, especially at the 2-4 spots.

Most likely not...but Fish has done it in the past, even with seniors to be. Most recently Tyrone Shelley prior to his jr year but he did it to Chris Lamb as well as Tim Island. Each situation is different though. Just saying that Pelle or January would be welcomed here even at someone else's expense. AW has put in his time. Let him make the decision and leave it at that. His attitude worries me, unlike Shepard he doesn't seem mature.
