should be interesting as it seems everything is up for grabs...I would think Sandifer is the only one that is a lock as he played a lot this season.

Here's how I see them...
#18 Dominique Sandifer 6'0" 190 JR ** #86 Ezell Ruffin 6'1" 190 RS FR ** #84 Dylan Denso 6'2" 205 RS SO No Stars #41 Marcus Russell 5'11" 190 TR SR *** #40 David Lamar 6'2" 170 RS FR *** #83 Osmond Nicholas 6'3" 210 RS SO ** #82 Jay Waddell 6'0" 175 RS FR *** #81 Marven Jones 6'4" 210 RS SO ** #19 Chris Forni 6'3" 200 TR SR Converted QB #21 Robert Gregorio 5'10" 165 RS SO No Stars #42 Brandon Turner 6'3" 195 RS FR No Stars
This doesn't take into account any recruits me might sign this year.

What about the guy who was at Colorado who is enrolled at SDSU? I don't think he'll be on the team. We'll see though.

From what I've seen so far, Denso will be a possession receiver type. Not great speed but great hands. Ruffin has the makings of being the next Sampson/Brown or he'll make a name for himself.
We should be loaded and competition should be fierce. Lindley will have many weapons to throw to. With the O-line mostly intact, I expect another explosive offense. Al Borges will add new wrinkles that will coincide with the abilities of his new players.

To be honest I think it will be who ever shows up to work with Lindley the most in the offseason.

Waddell/ Ruffin= a young Brown/ Sampson... I'll go out on a limb and predict Jay Waddell to be our #1 receiver next year. I have not seen Lamar yet, but I think he'll be good too.

People are telling me Ezell is a BEAST. He's going to tear it up next year.

Hoke mentioned Wadell was one of the faster guys on the team during one of the coaches show. Ello yesterday said Hoke felt there was good talent behind Sampson/Brown but how that will translate when they take the field is an unknown is a whole different matter.

has Brady set dates for spring Ball He mentioned something about it at his last press conference (after the Poinsettia Bowl) but I can’t remember when he said it would start.

Sandifer will be the new "old guy" of the group. I'm not too sure if he has the goods to be the featured "go to" receiver. However, you can't ignore the wealth of experience he has over the new guys.
Hoke is doing a good job not over-hyping the new crop of skill players. To be frank, they haven't done anything yet so there's no need to talk about them. But if you consider Hoke's keen eagle eye for talent, these new players will be special.

It's time for Sandifer to fill the void.
Hoke specifically mentioned Ruffin and Waddell when asked about who would replace Brown/Sampson.

My guess is Sandifer starts the year as the #1 but is quickly overshadowed by a more talented, more sure handed Ruffin.
From what I've heard from friends managing the team, Ruffin is an absolute stud. He was the #1 receiver on the scout offense last year and routinely beat our first team defense.
