I have been nothing more than a casual fan of Aztec football... ever since I left campus/San Diego in 1995.
I am VERY excited for the 'new' stadium/coach/upcoming season.
Now if we could just put together a recruiting class or two to match Faulk/Darnay/La Roi/Turley etc etc

When are season tickets going to show up in goaztecs site? They're there now. You have to fill out a "Ticket Interest Form" or call the ticket office at 619-594-9834. Someone will contact you to explain all the options. |

Are they offering physical tickets this year? I don't know anything about that. I believe, in recent years, physical tickets have been available on request. I think there was an additional charge however. If that's a concern you can ask the representative that contacts you or the ticket office. |

I think this year is going to be rough as far as fan turnout. The last couple of years have been underwhelming, that combined with high ticket prices and not getting into a power 5 after all the promises has kind of killed the casual fans intrest. Even this board hardly talks about football anymore.

Are you sure you want to expose little kids to Stan this early in life, him constantly texting them if they want to play the 5 or getting them in contact with OL and DL coaches. |

Is it just me or does there seem to be a consistent pattern with some aspects of the Athletic Department? From slow emergence into NIL to seemingly not using SDSU technology/talent for sporting events to terrible food choices at Viejas to slow and sometimes ineffective or late website info and updates. They just don't seem to push any Aztec narratives in a huge city that only really has the Padres as competition, although mens and women's soccer are now already in the mix. Look at how aggressively the WAVE marketed their team with ticket deals and giveaways, while Snapdragon had thousands of empty seats for football. |
