Do you realize how many people commute from TJ to San Diego daily, that legally work here? So many businesses throughout San Diego depend on green card workers. |

Yes, I know several business owners who employ people from TJ. The caveat with everyone of them is they can have issues getting across the border at a moment’s notice. |

These are reported facts. No, they aren't. Congress isn't even in session. They are out until after the election, because, in their own words, they could fix it after Trump wins in November. Trump did not shut the border down completely, either. Also, Trump's asylum plan was blocked in federal court. If you want to actually SOLVE the immigration issues, Congress needs to act to provide comprehensive asylum overhaul. Anything else is a bandaid on an internal hemorrhage. Period. |

How can someone possibly misinterpret something over and over again unless it's intentional? Trump TORPEDOED the bill. That's not up for debate. It doesn't come from me, it doesn't come from MSNBC, the View, ABC, Whoopi Goldberg....it comes from members of Congress that are Republicans who have admitted, on video, what occurred. Is this supposed to be funny? Like you're doing this for amusement or something? It's incredibly lame. There was no bipartisan rejection, FOUR Republicans voted in favor of it. FOUR. Even Mitch McConnell, coward Mitch McConnnell, voted against it after he helped BUILD it. You're a nutcase. But then again, you claimed to be an Independent, so I shouldn't be surprised. Didn't six Democrats vote against it? Yes, six Democrats voted against the Border Bill that caused it to not pass. That would make it a bipartisan rejection. |
