BTW, is Xander getting endorsement money from X(Formerly known as Twitter)? Looks like the same logo. That isn't the "X" (Twitter) logo. It's the logo for the Descente, which is the ski/sports clothing/apparel company that is one of his endorsements. www.descente.com/en/ourstory/athlete/xander-schauffele.htmlI know about the Decente. Did you look behind him? If you still have the Open recording you'll see what I mean.

Xander doesn't need to live vicariously through Aztec sporting legends (like some of us)... HE IS ONE! Are you still of the opinion that Austin is holding Xander back? To be honest, I too thought it was Austin at one time. There were times when I felt Xander "too often went for it" rather than play conservatively. Whether it would have made a difference if he objected, I don't know. What I do know is his new swing coach Chris Como improved his swing. His improvement began with the TPC and has gotten more consistent since. He's on a roll and hopefully it continues next year and beyond, since he's still young. With the exception of Tiger Woods in this era, golfers traditionally go on winning streaks then manage to stay high on the money list when it's over. Considering how high Xander finished in past tournaments before his swing change he just may end up as consistent as Tiger was.

Knowing the inner workings of Xander's player/caddie relationship.... My guess, and it's just a guess.......Como had more influence in Xander's head than any real changes to his golf swing....I realize he picked up 3-5 MPH swing speed....Could have more to do with Como entering one ear - and Stefan exiting the other!

On the course... that's a job of the caddy. But I suppose you believe the only job of a caddy is to carry the bag and clean the clubs?

JJ is going to have to get hot at The Wyndham Championship, the last Tournament before the playoff. After today, he's 127th in Fed Ex points. Only the Top 70 now make the playoffs.
This year he's made $737,414 and overall in his career he's made $11,729,363. Not bad for a 33 year-old.
Scott Piercy, 45, has made $23,565,923 in prize money.
