The timing still killed the school. Unless you think he found out about a possible baby three days ago. Sure the timing could have been better, but players were still entering the portal by the hundreds until May 1. That's the deadline for ENTERING, not the deadline for SIGNING. Believe it or not, many players go back and forth, and weigh pros and cons, before making their decisions. All of life works that way sometimes. I mean, he was hosting players. A simple, just a heads up: I have some family things going on that may cause me to transfer, which would have been nice. |

A no brainer, unless someone has a beef with you. You could reverse that, as well. I wish him all the luck, and if he's becoming a Dad, then even more luck to him. |

I have no clue why he left and despite the surprise of it, wish him well. He left his comments and appreciation to the fans. Good for him. He owes the fans nothing else. I'm just happy he showed more class than Micah did. My biggest concern about the TP is the number of kids who don't find a landing spot. Their chances of earning a College Degree just became slim and none for most. Also, personally I do want to support Aztec Sports, but I will not donate to the NIL Collectives. I refuse to finance kids hop-scotching from one payday to the next. I will donate to the Athletic Department where they can use the money for facilities improvements, Assistant Coaches salaries, etc. I can't imagine being a low level non-revenue assistant trying to pay rent in Sandy Eggo. |

So thank everyone except the coaching staff. Everyone that leaves to the portal at least had the common courtesy to thank the coaches. Parrish and Butler did it. Correct? Especially after leaving them last minute, (yes the coaches where shocked he was leaving) and not screwing over the same coaches that could of had gotten a transfer that now maybe gone. So yes he should have mentioned to coaches. |
