Keep it coming, boys. My statement has been made, and there is no need for a running conversation. The "block me if you like" post was dumb. Admittedly. Which statement are you referring to? "Nothing that happened in that courtroom today is good for this country" or "Never had the chance to vote for a "convicted felon" before" ? And why not have a conversation? That reaction is emblematic of where we're at as a society now, no one wants to have good old fashioned rhetoric and debate anymore, it's FU, this is how it is (which reminds me of the guy we're talking about). I apologize for the "clown" ad hominem, but I stand by "con man" as there is plenty of evidence to support it. Yeah, I don't understand the reaction. It's one thing to interact with people who live in an alternate reality, but I'd welcome an actual honest conversation - If someone is worried about political prosecutions, I get it. But this isn't that, nor is it a novel idea.

If anyone was genuinely worried about political prosecutions/motivations/cover-ups...you can start with William Barr during the Trump administration killing the Mueller Report. You can start with sitting members of Congress interfering in state-led investigations. You can start with the countless number of improprieties that took place prior to 2021. Start with Trump firing Geoffrey Bermam, at Barr's request, because he had investigated members of Trump's inner circle, including Michael Cohen.
We don't have to pretend that this is the most outrageous miscarriage of justice the world has ever seen.

What was not good for the country was letting Trump get away with blatant malfeasance...he got real cocky with it...he was daring anyone to do something about it...Trump intimidated the hell out of powerful/political white men...they were scared of his wrath...they buckled...either ignored his crimes...or were aiding...this only gave Trump the motivation to take it further..."what are they gonna do about it?"...to prosecute Trump was political/career/family suicide...this is why Merrick Garland and all those other chump prosecutors acted like cuckolds...the people got tired of them not doing anything...so they hired Black prosecutors who would...thus NY and ATL prosecutors stepped up...they had the intestinal fortitude to do the people's work...to let them know...that the law applies to all not just to the poor/minority...that's what is good for the country...freedom and justice for all!!!

This isn't exactly true. Garland's indictment was for crimes in 2021 and was actually relatively fast, considering the normal lag time involved in a lengthy investigation and the unprecedented nature of a former president under scrutiny. Investigation began immediately.

It’s up to the judge, who was obviously biased and apparently hates Trump’s guts. The Stormy and Cohen testimonies were a farce and would probably never have been allowed in an actual courtroom. Trump’s defense was denied several key witnesses and reportedly had surprise witnesses testify on behalf of the DA. Yes, this case was stacked against the defendant. The fact there was a case at all was ridiculous, statutes were extended, misnomers were inflated, the Washington DC political insiders latest assault on political outsider Donald Trump. If you are thrilled with this outcome, you are a menace to the legitimacy of our country and its legal system…..which was set back decades with this partisan witch hunt. Like I said, it’s not going to work, and Trump is going to win anyway. This was a really bad idea, in fact, nearly everything the Biden administration has tried, has spectacularly flopped. Afghanistan, the open border, his energy policies, his foreign policies…and now this fiasco. Every fence sitting Trump voter is now firmly in President Donald Trump’s corner. This stunt will probably mean a landside victory for the Republican candidate. "if you are thrilled with this outcome"...blah blah blah. 90% of the people I know are. But then again, we obviously hang in different circles. I'm sure your fellow musicians agree with you...oh wait!

I think it's ironic, considering Trump's use of the n-word and general disdain for Blacks. None of it's good. Spare me the moral outrage. Acting like things are perfect and race isn't an issue is a joke. Still waiting for you to answer what crime Biden should be charged with that you ignored a few weeks ago.

Moral outrage? Gimme a break. You're being dramatic AGAIN. It only creates divide, and waters down the word racism when used frivolously such as in the instance of the post in reference. You'll have to post the post that you're talking about in regards to me not responding to your Biden question. Can't find it.
