I suppose one of the good things about being a judge, as you can make laws and force laws even disregard laws. No doubt the judge in this Trump case was very biased against Trump, so other than some election interference laws, which were obviously violated pretty much anything else The extending of statute of limitations or the elevation of misdemeanors to felonies a judge can do that at the drop of a hat. Like I said before, this all but guarantees Donald Trump’s election. It doesn’t take much to piss off a Democrat, before they go and burn down buildings, block freeway traffic or loot stores. It takes quite a bit to piss off a Republican. They usually have jobs and are too busy with other things, no time to block traffic or chant juvenile slogans. The inept Biden people just managed to piss off almost every one of them, and has given the party, a sense of unification not felt since 911. Enjoy your brief schadenfreudian moment, this election is going Trump’s way. Since you have a hard-on for election interference claims: Why didn't Jack Smith charge Donald Trump in Washington D.C. where he could essentially guarantee a guilty verdict with an overwhelming Democratic jury pool? Weird, I can't get an answer. |

A juror's cousin may have released the verdict before it was read in court with mercan't sending a letter to the each sides counsel in this fraud of a trial. The comment from a juror's cousin appeared on a Facebook New York court page that read "my cousin is a juror and Trump is getting convicted. Thank you folks for all your hard work". The only option is to declare a mistrial with prejudice.
