Based on the seeds the MW should have 3 wins in the tournament.
2 playin games = 1. Win 11 = 0 wins 10 = 0 wins 10 = 0 wins 8= 1 win 5= 1 win
3 wins is the expectation.
Based the seeds. The MW performed to expectations. Factoring History.
2 playin games = 1. Win 11 = .67 wins 10 = .62 wins 10 = .62 wins 8 = .73 wins 5 = 1.11 wins
5.36 wins is the expectation.
Based on performance by seeds , the MW is underperforming by a single game so far in the tournament.
Better than other years and I think justifies the number of teams and their seeding.

or $1,636,000 per MWC team. I hate this "even" distribution. How about a "Boise deal" for us that's predicated on results, not supposed National importance? Gonzaga did the smart thing by threatening to leave and then being given a much bigger piece of the MM pie they bring into their conference every year. Under the terms of the agreement, the conference divides the first unit of tournament revenue equally among the 10 members but gives the teams a larger portion of any additional units they generate by winning games. The MW will never agree with allowing their NCAAT Credit Golden Goose to keep what they've earned. They have a cash cow and they know it. They learned a hard lesson with Boozies carve out and won't repeat it.We're not asking for the same idiotic agreement that Hair made for Boise State. Wasn't that for media revenue? In our case, in the 1st year we should get half of those credits which we earned in MM. Then spread it all out evenly in the 2nd year, even to our dismay. Instead of being rewarded for our success, we get shortchanged by those leeches. So whatever Utah State makes this season they should get 50% of what they earned next year and evenly split to all the 2nd. How is that unfair? Pooling it all and evenly splitting it from the get go, is pure bullsh it. Now that they forced the 20 game conference schedule on us there'll likely be fewer teams invited to MM. Whatever the P2 decides to do, it won't be quick enough!!!

Gonzaga rolling kansas 74-53 at about 8 minutes. 2) UCSD trailed Chicago State 65-61 at 4-minute mark in CBI. I looked at the boxscore and it said UCSD was leading when it was wrong. This was not my error as the teams got switched in the boxscore. When the final score was put in, it said Chicago State won 77-75. Pope for UCSD missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer and time ran out. Tough loss for UCSD.

HaHA! Mutts of Gonzaga are pounding the Jayhawks. Holy Cow! It was really close until all of a sudden, it wasn't.
Mutts really poured it on. Didn't just beat them, they stomped them.
Gonzaga always seems to come around when it's least expected. Glad the Aztecs got them early on this season - they'll know how to beat them if they meet again before it's all over this season.

I LOVED watching Bill Self get pounded. He will always be a lying, cheating D-Bag to me for stealing Kevin Young. Fish didn't get mad too often but he sure was here. www2.kusports.com/news/2011/jun/19/san-diego-states-steve-fisher-unhappy-losing-recru/Yet one more reason to get euphoric when X and the boys beat those scumbags at Allen Fieldhouse on National TV in 2014. We have to remind ourselves that we beat Gonzaga at home so we can win the next two.

Watching MM, we are regularly reminded that in so very many of the games, there are long runs of scoring and/or inept offense: good teams going 5-8 minutes while being outscored 17-0 or 21-4 or 19-4. It happens. Not just low offense teams like us but high-scoring ones too. If we go scoreless for a while, we just have to be patient and not go chucking up 3s.
#6 NET Iowa State went over 6 minutes without a FG at the beginning of the Washington State game today.

The two giant freaks on Der Pew make USU's bigs look like midgets. Udderly crazy match-ups underneath the hoop. Even with Great O and the Fish, Johnson. Two bigs are already seated with two fouls.
Right now, USU is dropping threes like that's all they've been doing all season long...

USU really needs to quit fouling Purdue. They're going to be in foul trouble in the 2nd half, but looking alright so far. They haven't been getting easy buckets though. Been making tough shots, not really sustainable

Been making tough shots, not really sustainable They're going to get ground into the dirt by the second half if they don't play a little more off the ball. Their conditioning at altitude should keep them in the game as far as that goes, though. Martinez could stay hot, and Brown has been MIA so far. They need both of them to win. Edey and his skyhook could do them in, though, if USU lets him do it. Tough call on how to defend without fouling and sending him to the stripe.

Speaking of tall players, Florida signed Oliver Rioux who is 7 ft 7 inches.

They need his 3pt shots to have a chance.

Osobor not so Great today - at least so far. 8 points, 4 Rebounds, 2 Turnovers - not at all a dominating performance.
The game is getting away from them now. Oh well. The Boilermaker Express could've easily skipped ahead to the Final Four without all the preliminaries. Them and UConn. At least USU didn't go one and done like the rest of them. But this buzzsaw was never going to let them get out unscathed. They have no answer for Edey. 21 points already. Scoring at will.
The "panel" is coming down hard on Osobor. Body language is that of a player who's already lost. This is the MWC Player of the Year? My AZZZZZZZZZZZZZZtecs it is. That recognition should be immediately retracted and given to Jaedon LeDee.
2nd half could get ugly and embarrassing. So much for MWC in the NCAAT. SDSU alone will be left to represent the entire conference after this one is over. Good thing they earned that high seed. The rest of them were destined to go home early. Go AZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZtecs!

Big time beat down, I'm glad SDSU wasn't playing Purdue today. I always want to see fellow MCW teams to do well, at least my son is Happy, he's at Purdue.

Purdue Freshman Heide > SDSU Freshman Heide. Can we make a uniform swap? USU gets a Benjamin dropped on them. So much for 'showing up'. Thanks for playing. D'oh!
