Nevada was up this much, with this much time remaining and lost, so I'm still not sure Utah St. can pull it out! Big Johnson got pulled out along with Great Osobor. But that's in anticipation of a foul ending to the game.

Grand Canyon up by 12 over St Marys. Not conference , but we played both.

In regard to the mountain west being 3-4, seeding really is a factor. I feel like all of our teams would have beaten UAB. And I'm not sure how we would do vs Texas or Clemson.
Really, Utah St. has the best win so far. Nevada, man I can't believe they lost that game...New Mexico is the only team that really played poorly.

I don’t remember seeing a better passer out of the post in college basketball than Osobor. Bill Walton ? But that was ages ago. Even fer an old timer like me. Yes, he is a good all round post player. Much like LeDee.

3 MWC wins. 9 credits and counting. $18M or $1,636,000 per MWC team. I hate this "even" distribution. How about a "Boise deal" for us that's predicated on results, not supposed National importance? Gonzaga did the smart thing by threatening to leave and then being given a much bigger piece of the MM pie they bring into their conference every year. Under the terms of the agreement, the conference divides the first unit of tournament revenue equally among the 10 members but gives the teams a larger portion of any additional units they generate by winning games.

The MW will never agree with allowing their NCAAT Credit Golden Goose to keep what they've earned. They have a cash cow and they know it. They learned a hard lesson with Boozies carve out and won't repeat it.

Does the Conference HQ get a cut as well ?

Perhaps they'd be down with unequal revenue distribution of CFP and NCAA tournament credits.

No win March madness is cheap. Sdsu and Utah St brought the right mindset and effort to win in mm. Resit of the teams played like $#!+.

Excellent win by Utah State to bring some respect back to the conference. I figured they would lose, but they played a great game and won easily. The worst performer certainly was New Mexico, that was just embarrassing. Nevada should have won, but it is what it is. Boise State continues to flounder when they can't play tricks on bad officials and bait them into calls. Colorado State gets props for at least winning the First Four game but then they layed a complete turd vs. Texas. Utah State's coach has done a fantastic job this season, it is pretty amazing to build an entirely new team in one off-season and then win the conference regular season and win a game in the tournament, props to the Aggies.

Utah St coach would be great to keep in the conference, but sadly he is likely gone after MM. The gap between the haves and the have-nots grows wider

KJ's improvement skill wise since he was a freshman amazes me. I think he's a legit pro prospect since he can defend anyone, has elite athleticism, and now has good ball skills. He also has the humility to be very coachable. His shooting still needs to improve but I think it will over time. He's a very capable dribbler, finisher, and makes good decisions on the floor.
When he came here as a freshman and even as a sophomore he looked so raw I thought he'd never develop as much as he has
