Well, it couldn't hurt, except for the chicken of course. If azson intends coming to any more home games he might as well give it a try. I won't be at the Hawaii game so that prob means a W for the Aztecs. I'm happy to stay away if it means we keep winning. We'll miss you, but if it gets us a win.

Good points. It sure appears like Hoke is still the coach. Hard to see much of a change from the early '23 season, to the current '24 maladroit sputtering. I have missed your comments… I feel like you are poking the bear here… but I’ll bite… just like in Hoke’s first year with a real OC and DC everyone was learning a new system, same today… so everyone is a half step slow, not on every play, but on about 75% of the plays, both on offense and defense at least one guy is “slow” because he is thinking instead of reacting… it shows up most prominently on the O-line… This is a very different culture and will have a very different recruiting out come… you don’t put up 20+ points against teams like Georgia with a Kent State roster unless you know what you are doing… the guy before him at KSU was 18-45, the guy after him is 1-13, while he was 24-31… not a winner record, but way better than the normal KSU coach… at Colorado last year, with him calling plays they were 4-4 and scoring 32 points per game… since they are 1-5 with the only win a close call against NDSU and they are averaging 20 points per game… Very thoughtful response and I actually lean toward your analysis. But it is SO damn hard to remove the residual "Coaching Stink"---which continues cloying and wafting through everything football at SDSU---and conclude that good results will soon arrive.
