This is interesting. The Pretorian Guard needs to say the Hunter Biden case is an on-going investigation so they can deny the House with details of their investigation.

But if the investigation is considered "ongoing", Hunter would continue to be in legal jeopardy, so why would he settle to any plea deal that doesn’t close the investigation?

Did you see how Joe threw Hunter under the bus today? Reminding all that Hunter is a private citizen and this case is a "personal" issue for him.

And the repeated reference to the "independence" of the investigation into Hunter by the WH is yet another indication of Joe's consciousness of guilt of his corruption and that of his FBI/DoJ.

Biden saying he had no knowledge of Hunter's business dealings and was not involved, seems to be the equivalent of Clinton saying into the TV camera, "I had no sexual relations with that woman." There's no more "Honest Abe's" out there, unfortunately.

You can downplay it, but if Joe was involved with his business dealings in this manner, does that make Joe vulnerable for impeachment, etc...

According to this Devon Archer, VP Biden was a frequent participant in Hunter Biden’s business/influence peddling phone calls, which is weird because it directly contradicts President Biden’s assertion that he had nothing to do with his son’s business dealings.

FBI and IRS whistleblowers, numerous shell companies with $50 million laying around, Joe bragging about shaking down investigators, hookers, cocaine (I bring those last two up because if it were one of Trump’s kids the Dem Media would be in a feeding frenzy.)

That's a nice leap, but no evidence of it. Shokin was fired because he wouldn't investigate corruption inside Ukraine, had nothing to do with Burisma.
