He's delayed it 3 times, but is supposed to show up on Monday. Allegedly.

I would have to assume that Archer's testimony would expose the obstruction of justice perpetrated by the FBI/DoJ on Hunter's & Joe's behalf and could potentially put Hunter's Judge in a pickle in considering the Government's and Hunter's Plea Deal. So best delay the testimony to help save his former partner's rear end (no pun intended).

All you have to do is look at James Clapper's testimony while under oath, for example, versus what is said in the public to know that new information will likely result with Archer's closed door testimony.
