I'll take following actual sources over having my head up Fox's ass and learning nothing. Yes, the "liberal" Supreme Court of the United States told Alabama that having only one majority Black district was unconstitutional. The state redrew the map and STILL only included one majority Black district, which violated the Voting Rights Act and defied the ruling. Gerrymandering is a practice of redrawing district boundaries, not stripping away people's rights.
