Noodles and Slick will definitely have a few tricks up their sleeves for tonight's game. The Aztecs had better be ready for them with some of their own … it'll be like old timey - Lobos v. Aztecs.

CBS TV Sports Desk commentators were all over Nevada, USU, and CSU's nutz last night after all the games were over. They all agreed SDSU had to play better to stay in the MGC Tournament!

Should I get things started with a "DUTCH IS GETTING OUT COACHED" talk and such? I'm fine with him getting out coached as long as it leads to wins through tomorrow ala last night!

Can't wait for the game tonight! Sherfield and Cambridge are Tourney level guards so regardless of the outcome, it's going to be a great test and preparation for our Backcourt going forward.
I hope we utilize a similar gameplan as our last series with them and attack their Bigs (Washington and Hymes) and get them in foul trouble early.
I think one of the strengths of this Aztec team is it's very hard to beat us through one or two players. We've lost when the other team has had good performances from guards and post players, so I actually think Washington and Hymes will be the keys tonight and we'll just need to "contain" Sherfield and Cambridge to win.

We have to win the rebound battle to get more shots off. Shooting and TOs from both teams will be pretty much equal. I think it's going to be a close game since beating a team 3 times in a row is additionally tough.

Shut down Nevada's back court and take care of the boards. We need depth on our side and get easy buckets in transition and off TOs. Plus, shoot the ball. It can't be another day of Trey and Go-Go, they wont get the same looks versus Nevada. Time for Matty Mitch and Jordan to attack, and get the ball low to Nathan. No one there to stop him.

It is very difficult to beat a good team 3X's in one season. Remember the Kawhi team Jimmer and the bywho series. They crushed us in the regular season only for us to turn around and crush them in the MGC tournament final.

Hopefully AG is a go. Its amazing how he can step in and really energize the team and change momentum in our favor in just a few minutes on the court.

Looks like we will be screwed again tv wise....The Akron / Buffalo game televised before our game is starting way late. We are likely not going to see a lot of the 1st half......Hope I’m wrong....
