It is pathetic to poor mouth an 11 point conference road win. You should be ashamed to call yourself an Aztec fan, Frantic.
Add another miserable poster to the block list.

You're a joke. Look at how they did against the upper tier at home. SHEESH Wait a second. First you tell me to "Look up their games at home and you'll notice that they're in every game they play, with chances to win." So I do that, and prove you wrong. Now you change the question and tell me to only look to "top tier" competition. Okay. AF's home record against upper tier MWC teams (Nevada and Boise) is 0-2, an 11-point loss and a 6-point loss. Do you want to change the question again? I forget that I have to spell things out for the cronies. I should have said every tough game, including the one against UNLV that you failed to mention, but I forgot that you wouldn't want to look at the bigger picture and focus on the tough games. Typical from a negative crony. If you simply glance at their tough home games, they're in them. Normally, one would look at the tough games and see that it wouldn't be an easy game, but not the negative cronies. It is not a gimme game. Yes, a game we should we win, but not a gimme. But, you go right ahead and rip everything positive that someone says about the team. We all are not surprised.

Now you change the topic again (for the third time) and cite UNLV as an example of "top tier" competition, but I'm sure you realize UNLV is 8-7 in conference and sits in 5th place, right? But yea, I'm super happy we were able to steal a win against AF. Go Aztecs!

Also, if you couldn't read between the lines, then your intellect is even worse than what I already expected. Anybody else, except the negative Crony crew, would look at it and say, yes, they play tough at home. This is not a gimme. Troll on.

We may be, and hopefully are a 5 seed, and you'll do your negative crony thing and chant we're number 5, we're number 5, we're number 5, because that's what the Negative Crony Crew does, but in reality, you're a negative Crony, you're a negative Crony, you're a negative Crony!!! I'd rather be number 5.

6 pages of game thread and maybe 6 posts about the game...sad.
Mitchell played an inspired 2nd half. That pass to Kell was incredible.

And let's remember: Air Force is 10-16 overall, and 4-10 in conference. Prior to tonight, AF was 9th in conference, and they remain there after this home loss, AF's fifth home loss of the season. AF looks down on rutterless Colorado State and hopeless SJSU, and SDSU looks down on them. Of course you do zero research. AF is not a gimme at their place. Look up their games at home and you'll notice that they're in every game they play, with chances to win. So pipe down. What's the measure of being "in every game they play, with chances to win?" You could say that about literally every team in America. That took zero research on my part; it just comes from years of both watching and playing basketball. It's clear you know nothing about basketball, so maybe you should pipe down. Geez, how far are our expectations sliding when we start minimizing losses and bragging about winning on the road? Look, I get it – it's tougher to win on the road than at home; that goes for every conference in the NCAA. But seriously, when we start calling wins at Air Force or at San Jose State "good" or "solid," we're in trouble.

Imagine the trouble we would have been in had we lost last night. No trouble, just more of this going around on loss days/days after: This post is hidden Display Post btw, WPOTB keeps baring his ass, but he must enjoy the um, exposure. It is HARDER to win on the road in the Mountain West than pretty much every conference in the country; last time I looked at it, the only harder one was the ACC. In MWC case, almost entirely due to altitude and brutal travel conditions, particularly for the non-elevation schools. That is one of the reasons so many of the people in the know want us out of the MWC.
