Ha!!! Again, your lack of knowledge is exposed. Having not in game shape legs can affect your rhythm on your shot. It won't affect defending. I know you've never played, so I'll give you pass on this one. But, here's some advice, stay out of the big boy conversations so you don't look any worse than you already do. Agree almost 100%. However, it will affect defending, or at least the ability to maintain defense for extended periods; it's pretty much why he isn't playing his normal minutes. Your advice will be 100% ignored. WPOTB's cognitive dissonance and inability to process relevant facts and arguments is unparalleled on this board. That's right. And, I don't think it will affect him if Dutcher uses his minutes correctly.

Moving goalpost - nice. Is he still hurt or not? If he's still not 100%, why then, is he playing his best basketball? FYI, I think his "best" basketball is what he's playing now, when he doesn't take a lot of shots. I'm not "running with whatever I can," I'm just running with what you've said before about Kell being injured. If he's injured, he won't be able to defend the 3-point shot (i.e. he won't have the proper lift from his legs, and he won't have the speed to close out when a shooter shoots the ball). But now you say he's healthy enough that he can help. Side note: I don't agree that he's not 100%. I think he's just fine and he's playing the type of basketball that he should have been for a while. Ha!!! Again, your lack of knowledge is exposed. Having not in game shape legs can affect your rythmn on your shot. It won't affect defending. So Kell's injury will only affect his offensive game? That's laughable and shows your lack of knowledge. I can't believe some of the stuff I read on here. Too funny - you assume I've never played because I disagree with your incorrect statement. Not sure why you always bring that up, anyway....high school is over, its time to move on. That's big boy talk right there, so if you can't hang, I suggest you go back to your high school, put on your letterman jacket and cruise the parking lot.

Otherwise, you'd see plenty of facts and relevant arguments that prove your boy John knows nothing of what he speaks; he's simply overreactive and overly sensitive. As a I side note, I certainly hope you played high school basketball. If not, your opinions and what you believe are incorrect. WPOTB? You just responded to him. This continues to be the softest message board in the history of sports with more butthurt posters than anyone's ever seen. So anyway, now that John has derailed yet another thread, can we get back to tonight's game?

Keep showing your lack of knowledge for all to see. I didn't know, I mean, I should have known that I would have to spell it out for you. Dutcher's playing him less minutes because of this, so it won't affect him staying in front of his man. It's not a rythymn thing. Out of shape legs will ALWAYS affect your shot and make it inconsistent. I'm going to have to start charging you cash for all the lessons I'm teaching you. Sheesh

the way this team has played this year, this could be a trap game. Aztecs get big heads and think they have the game won before they take the court. Other team sticks around, Aztecs go stone cold and watch a lead disappear. so to save time, here is my updated list of excuses for a loss. Kell is killing us, still injured; Pope is in La La land, any bright bling and he has no concentration; Rooks still can't cover his shadow; Hemsley and Watson, hero ball, don't pass; Norain still on the bench; McD reaching the freshman wall; same with Mitch; Dutch can't coach, fabled d is just a fable, slow, lost; O is trying to find itself, needle in a hay stack; make free throws, the basket hasn't moved since you were 5 years old; turn overs, long sloppy passes to the fans behind the basket; refs suck-nuf said; it's the altitude, weather, trip; got to block out and get the rebounds, another 5-8 minute drought with 2 or 3 points; Aztecs can't handle early starts, resting for the tournament, next year; shoes don't match, still looking for a leader with 5 games to go; foul trouble, pope gots 3 fouls before the opening tip off; soft, no hustle; where's shakll, can anybody make a three; sloppy, sloppy; still need a point guard; when will 0 and 42 realize they are not LeBron and stop driving recklessly into the land of 7 footers; dam wind deflected my shot; freakin glare off the court distracted me; no student section; montana has to make some 3's before garbage time. please Aztecs take the game seriously and play like you did against vegas. make this another high light. Shut em down. under 60 again. hope this covers all potential complaints. if not add some. go Aztecs.

I would drink Larry Eustachy's Diet Coke backwash if it could guarantee that every weekday game started at 6:30 PM PST.

Glad all 50 AF fans showed up. Awkwardly empty. Like these last few Aztec possessions.

5 SDSU turnovers in 5 minutes. Low scoring, 14:40 to play 7-5 Aztecs.

It’s like they forgot how to be aggressive and play with energy in a matter of days. At least the 2nd unit appears to have a little more hustle now just stop settling for 3’s.

We had great ball movement on the Narain dunk. Need more of that than spot up threes. We play well when at least 4 touch it.

Why aren't we taking advantage of our height advantage and feeding McD in the high post that's been so effective?

Why aren't we taking advantage of our height advantage and feeding McD in the high post that's been so effective? My guess is that we've struggled penetrating the 2-3 zone this season. I expect we'll take way more 3s than the past few games
