They didn't play particularly well, only Mitchell shot well, and they still won by 11 on the road. I like.

Kell, eight assists, one turnover. That really helped.

Amazing stat of the game:
Air Force shot their first free throw with 42 seconds left.

It wasn't the prettiest game, but a double digit conference road win is always a good thing.

And they were 16-25 from the field in the second half!

Obviously a little emotional letdown from the win over UNLV, plus the fact it's tough to win on the road in this (or any) league....and still a solid win. Keep the momentum going.

Strong defense in the first half. Not just good but GREAT offense in the 2d half. McDaniels had 7 points on only 4 shots.
A very good road win.

And let's remember, AFA scored 100 on New Mexico last week.

And let's remember, AFA scored 100 on New Mexico last week. And let's remember: Air Force is 10-16 overall, and 4-10 in conference. Prior to tonight, AF was 9th in conference, and they remain there after this home loss, AF's fifth home loss of the season. AF looks down on rutterless Colorado State and hopeless SJSU, and SDSU looks down on them.

By the way, that's rudderless.

Although when Gonzaga beats Portland, I don't think: "Wow, great win for Gonzaga. Any road win is a positive." But yea, I'll be super stoked if SDSU can beat 3-23 SJSU on the road this Saturday.

Look up their games at home and you'll notice that they're in every game they play, with chances to win. So pipe down.

Funny, my psot is full of stats and research, yours not so much. As for AF's not being a gimmie at their place, here's some more research: This was AF's sixth home loss of the year, to go along with home losses to Pacific and Abeline Christian. Of AF's 16 losses, 10 were by double-digits. So yea, I guess we're all stoked SDSU was able to steal a road win against the pesky Falcons. Go Aztecs!

They lost to UNLV by 5, Boise State by 6 and Nevada by 11. I get it that you can't help but be negative just like all the other cronies, but at least have your facts straight. By the way, you're number 1,000, you're number 1,000, you're number 1,000!!!!

First you tell me to "Look up their games at home and you'll notice that they're in every game they play, with chances to win." So I do that, and prove you wrong. Now you change the question and tell me to only look to "top tier" competition. Okay. AF's home record against upper tier MWC teams (Nevada and Boise) is 0-2, an 11-point loss and a 6-point loss. Do you want to change the question again?
