Then let him play idiots. It is not like either of us have a say in the matter. None of us are doctors here. It ismy f****** opinion I have a right to my f****** opinion stop thinking I don't. You guys should be more concerned about his health then of him playing a few games to finish his career. Also, it is time to stop drinking the Fisher Kool-Aid! You guys sound like robots on here. Don't be afraid to think your own way and bring up different ideas or opinions that might be different than Coach Fisher. Smh The doctors also felt that Hank gathers was good enough to play that game that he got killed on the court. Doctors also do make mistakes. Have you ever considered the possibility that, per this thread, the majority of people ARE thinking on their own & simply DO NOT AGREE WITH YOU?
Re: LMU, as noted, Gathers played into what happened by cutting back on his medication AND LMU wasn't ready for the situation when it happened. Because of Hank Gathers every university is now better equipped for exactly what happened to him.
And as others have said, Gathers & Polee don't have the same issue.

Honestly, it does not bother me one bit. It is like a fraternity on here everybody is programmed like a robot to say the same thing and if we say something bad that we are bad fans. I think for myself I have my own mind and brain and I am very smart ?. You Kool-Aid drinkers don't bother me much here at all.

Speaking of Gathers, it's the 25th anniversary of his death on the court today.

Honestly, it does not bother me one bit. It is like a fraternity on here everybody uses actual information to say the same thing and if I say something bad that I'm a bad fan. I think for myself I have my own mind and brain and I am very smart ?. You informed people don't bother me much at all. Corrected this for you. Thanks.

You're entitled to your own opinion, that's for sure. I am also scared for Polee since nothing is for sure, but in this case you have to listen to the doctors. The Gathers incident changed everything. No way a doctor would put his rep on the line after that incident. Nothings ever for certain, just like walking across the street.

Yea, when we saw him dressed & not even doing shoot around last Friday it was a telltale sign he wasn't playing. Some guys passed it off as "precautionary", but you don't sit a guy who hasn't played much lately right before a game if its not something more.
Good to hear he practiced this week, thanks! The fact his dad said he should be good to go is also a great sign.
Just getting 2-3 minutes per half from him would be great - an energizer for the team. What I'm really looking forward to is Saturday. I'd bet anything he starts in place of Shrigs, being Senior day. : )
