A White House reporter on video asked mr. biden what was his opinion of the President Trump verdict and biden responded with a smirk. Reporter Paul Ingrassia who attended this hoax in person wrote an article on The Gateway Pundit titled 34 reasons the bragg-biden show trial should be tossed out-each one is grounds for a mistrial (and verdict overturned).

Once again biden own words come back to bite him. Yahoo News article titled Social media posts claimed biden used n-word during a 1985 Senate Confirmation hearing "... we don't need some (N-word) big shots" is on video in that article. Then there is biden's own words about who works at Duncan Donuts or 7-11 "without an (certain race/country) accent. The topper was "you ain't (a certain race) during the 2020 election campaign during an interview with Charlamagne tha God that aired on msnbc. Resident biden is the racist and not President Trump.

The just us mercan't jury instructions were illegal based on previous Supreme Court rulings where a jury verdict must be unanimous on each criminal charge. Most media and on YouTube are calling out mercan't for his illegal jury instructions. Jurors have the right to vote innocent when a case isn't proven. Pick 1 of 3 crimes is illegal. The purpose of this court hoax as aoc said is to keep President Trump from campaigning. That is illegal election interference. Before I got my current job, I took an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution. No judge will take that away from me to decide a court case as I see or not see in the bogus past the statute of limitations Trump case while I go on offense.

Court standards 101 requires an unanimous verdict for guilt or innocence in criminal cases. Yet, mr. merchan says this jury can reach a verdict without the unanimous rule. Doing this makes it a fatal error in this case and subjects merchan to judicial consequences.

This just us merchan in this case is the one who needs to learn decorum. The defense has an expert from F.E.C. who will testify that it was a personal payment and not from campaign donations but merchan is limiting that testimony that proves former President Trump innocent. During the heated exchange, merchan said to Costello "get out of the courtroom. now". That is no way for a just us to treat a witness and is grounds for merchan to lose his law license and judge position.

During Monday's Cohen testimony, Cohen admitted that he stole $30,000 from a Trump organization which is a 3rd degree felony. CNN said this creates reasonable doubt for former President Trump. The judge must declare a mistrial with prejudice. Court policies do not allow anyone to testify if they believe that person will tell lies that was violated in this case.

Former CDC director Dr. Robert Redfield admitted significant side effects from covid vaccines during an interview with Chris Cuomo who stated he was vaccine injured. Redfield called for a commission investigating the actions of the NIH, FDA and CDC where they knew about the covid vaccine injuries and deaths, covered the injuries and deaths up by sticking with the get vaccinated campaign and did not tell the public that is criminal for crimes against humanity. Fauci lied to Rand Paul about gain of function research during Congressional hearings and should be arrested. I watched Brand New Tube then, (1 VSP now) videos that showed the covid vaccine injuries in 2021. Some to the song Oh No. Also, on May 3, 2024, the New York Times wrote an article stating Thousands believe covid vaccines harmed them, is anyone listening?. I knew about these injuries and deaths and tried to tell others here with my comments and the No. 1 reason why I refused to take them. My college major was journalism and to tell facts good or bad. The more that comes out against the covid vaccines proves my comments here to be the truth.

In NIH news, there is a hearing on Thursday from the Select Committee on Coronavirus Pandemic. Rep. Debbie Lesko questioned Dr. Lawrence Tabak. She got Tabak to admit that the NIH funded the gain of function research in Wuhan using U.S. taxpayer dollars. Gain of function research studies making any virus more infectious. This funding went from Fauci to Peter Daszak to Ecohealth Alliance to the Wuhan lab as reported by Steve Hilton. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services pulled funding from Ecohealth Alliance. Fauci lied to the Rand Paul question about doing gain of function research. Time to arrest Fauci and Daszak for this felony of crimes against humanity using U.S. Code Section 18 part 242 deprivation of human rights under color of law.

Even the liberal media of the New York Times with the headline Trump's lawyer assailed Cohen's testimony and Yahoo News reported that Anderson Cooper said he doubts the Cohen testimony under the Trump lawyer's cross-examination testimony if he were on this jury. There is a standard in courts of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Trump is innocent as this case is politically based.

The only damaging news is that democrat mr. goldman and cohen met to discuss cohen's testimony many times that is witness tampering. So many court violations by persecutors and coached witnesses that it is time for a mistrial as no evidence of a Trump crime that bragg doesn't mention the crime that happened. Trump is innocent. Court rules mandate the exact crime be listed by persecutors. Time to disbar the just us merchan.

smith admitted to the court in his own words that he tampered with the Trump evidence. Firebrand Media has a video called Breaking bigly, jack smith admits to evidence... There is a thing in law from the U.S. Supreme Court called the Fruit of the Poisonous tree doctrine. That means whenever a court official, police officer or witness tampers with evidence that evidence whether primary or secondary, places that information as not being allowed to be used in court. Then said person who violates that must face criminal charges themselves. Alan Carrillo of the Los Angeles Police Department is facing such charges for evidence tampering and petty theft and possible 10 years in prison.

This is from Newsweek titled on Friday where Trump demands jack smith be arrested after documents revelations (that the fbi tampered with the evidence against Trump). Tampering with evidence means all the Trump indictments be dropped with prejudice and the prosecution of the government officials who did this evidence tampering crimes. Trump is innocent and he is calling out smith by name for prosecution for evidence tampering.

Change the year from 2016 to 2020 and the name Trump to biden regarding the media cover-up of the biden labtop news where that labtop was abandoned at the repair shop. From the New York Post article dated Aug. 26, 2022 where some biden voters said had they known about the labtop they never would have voted for biden. This article states 79% of those following that news says that censorship changed the 2020 election outcome.

I am talking about Microsoft News that is available on any computer. I refuse to watch cnn, msnbc and fox noise. Stop assuming the information I share is wrong based on who reports and who doesn't report the news. Supporting an open border as biden did is treason while the border crossers wore biden: let us in t-shirts shown in pictures and videos from 2021 on. Supervisor Jim Desmond says the illegal border crossers in San Diego County is an epicenter that is also reported on Microsoft News.

The football fan fest at the old stadium was held on the day of the Pacific Classic Day at the Del Mar horse racing season. Now the football home opener and the Pacific Classic Day conflict again on 8/31. No surprise to me that the Aztecs would put this fan fest event on 4/20.

A concert at the Prudential Center (18,000+) for March 28 caused the basketball team to move to a smaller venue. When the 1973 Aztecs men's volleyball team beat Long Beach State to win the National Championship at the Sports Arena in 1973, 10,000 fans were in attendance. The other thing from that game, the players wore dolphin type shorts.
