Spencer Danielson is a fast-talking head coach
It didn't seem to hinder him from actually being a good football coach.
That team was dead in the water last season mired in mediocrity until he took over.

I still haven’t seen one thing that suggests O’Neil is the best QB we have and the fact that Lewis doesn’t give the other guys a shot when we are getting blown out or O’Neil is obviously injured is just a dumb move.
