The Pentagon has just failed its 7th audit and says it cannot account for what its $824B budget is spent on. Failed leadership. We need a cabinet of responsibility. Then nominate some responsible people.

Then nominate some responsible people. Agree, but that is the problem. If Jesus were nominated the left would find something egregiously wrong. Democrats would rather have the clown below rather than responsible person.

Are you saying that person couldn't possibly be intelligent, experienced, and capable just because of how they look on a day off? I'll take someone who's a bit odd but experienced and capable over someone who looks, "Normal," but isn't experienced or capable any day. It's a pretty small mind that can't accept people who are different as potentially brilliant and effective at their jobs based solely on what/who they are. Bigotry is a really ugly thing.

Okay? Two points: 1. The COVID vaccine was a complete lie peddled to the American public. Mandating (for some gov't workers) taking a vaccine that literally killed thousands of Americans, and gave hundreds of thousands of Americans' health issues (miscarriage, pericarditis, various disabilities), is a 100% reprehensible act by the Biden administration, and it's completely unacceptable. Frankly, that whole debacle is why I'm 100% okay with having a pro-choice Health secretary. I never want my freedoms (or my fellow citizens) taken away again.2. Please (also) respond to RFK's other selling points before arguing about the COVID vaccine:- Getting pesticides out of agriculture, and our food and drinking water- Getting toxic chemicals out of processed food, chemicals that are banned in most first world countries. - Funding more independent research in general, for drugs, for vaccines, for studies that look at health, that look at school shootings, that look at autism, that look at auto-immune disease. For all of this stuff, the vast majority of the funding comes from parties with a moneyed interest in the outcome, like pharmaceutical companies. That's an enormous issue. - Getting rid of revolving door politics between the FDA and the pharmaceutical companies. This is where you have people who own stock in pharmaceutical companies, who have served as executives for those companies, who then work in the FDA. They basically just rubber-stamp drugs for the pharmaceutical companies without proper drug review. Agency capture is an enormous issue. And you completely ingored the fact that his anti-vaxx campaign led to 83 deaths in Samoa. He's not just against the COVID vaccine, but ALL vaccines. Polio, measles, mumps, chicken pox - he's a crazy anti-vaxxer. Anti-Vax leads to widespread disease and death. You do not want someone like that in charge of health care. We don't need Polio and measles back in our lives. I acknowledge that he was (only partly, like maybe 20%) responsible for that. There were other parties that were responsible too. Now that I've acknowledged that, can you acknowledge my points?

Sorry, it just does. Contributing in a major way to the deaths of 83 people just because you falsely believe vaccines cause autism (which they don't) shows a complete and utter lack of judgment and caring about the bigger picture. Human lives are at risk, and he didn't and still doesn't care. DISQUALIFIED. Period.

Biden's Cabinet is made up of professionals who are qualified for their jobs. Much more qualified than most of Trump's picks at this point.

The select few on here insist on voter ID mandates...but are completely okay with ties to foreign governments, sexual assault allegations, child trafficking and other automatic disqualifying attributes. Makes sense.

You want Kash Patel....you're disqualified from any and everything. Kash Patel was such a horrendous idea, Barr blocked him from being installed in Trump’s first term. The goal is to nominate competent people, not just lapdogs who will carry out an agenda.

Democrats get bumped at the slightest indiscretion. Remember Al Franken? He got forced out for simply joking around, PRETENDING to grope a woman. Trump is guilty of sexual assault and you don't care. Let's not be ridiculous here.

The party is going to continue to lose until they change their ways. As an independent, it's a disgusting perspective.

I'm sorry, do you not agree that someone who is against vaccinations should not be allowed to be in charge of public health? I mean, seriously, RFK Jr has been nominated to run ALL of the health care in this country. Him just giving speeches helped lead to 83 deaths in Samoa in 2019 in a tiny country. Just imagine how many tens of thousands of people would die in the U.S. if he gets his way and people don't have to vaccinate their kids to get in public schools! Certain things should disqualify you from certain jobs. That is one. Nothing else that he believes in matters if he believes in something that WOULD lead to thousands, probably TENS of thousands, of needless deaths.

Yeah but you're not even willing to engage in a discussion on the other points that I made. You're only focusing on the negative. I didn't even vote for Trump. Get over all the party line hubris and actually engage on the points that I made. He's going to be the secretary regardless, might as well talk about the good instead of just focusing on the bad.

Typical close-minded Democrat logic. I'm off him as the Presidential candidate, I'm for him as the Secretary of Health. The Democrats chose to pay Beyoncé 10M instead of going on the Rogan podcast because his views differ from those of the mainstream media. The Rogan podcast was better publicity and it was free too. The Democrats use the superdelegate system to handpick their candidates, all the while exiling candidates like Bernie Sanders, Andrew Yang and RFK Jr. The Republicans were inclusive, bringing RFK into the fold, utilizing Rogan, and other comedian podcasters. One strategy was better then the other. One strategy won, despite having an incredibly unpopular presidential candidate on the ticket. Close-minded = less votes.

If he gets his way thousands of people will needlessly die. Maybe tens of thousands. If you can get over that you need an empathy transfusion, stat. Nothing is worth those deaths, nothing will make up for them. All the good will be meaningless because of all the people who will die. And I don't believe he is a lock to be confirmed. If the public outcry is strong enough that will give the Senators on the fence cover to deny his confirmation.
