This quote is from a WCS Board poster whose son attended Aztec summer camp. ".....After taking my son to SDSU for camp this summer, I could tell the Aztecs had made a bad hire. I was not impressed at all about how the camp was run. Just seemed JV compared to most. This season has only confirmed it." Yes. It is time to change Coaches. Yup. I believe it. Even Wicker finally showed some emotions after that loss. He looked pretty pissed off after the loss. Probably thinking the boosters were going to eat him alive. We just need to place more pressure on Daddy Ball Lewis along with his incompetent coaching staff . The hommie hook up on some of his coaches has really backed fired. #SayNoToDaddyBall

This bs where he only runs with Cooper 30+ carries in a game is enough to show me that he just doesn't make good decisions. Cooper isn't very good and we've seen the backups run the ball and know what they can do. He has blind loyalty to "his guys"
I would hate to have him as my coach. This gimmick offense and slogans

Not really…supporting 13 players with NIL is vastly different than supporting 100 players with NIL The dollar cost is greater for bootball, but NIL and the portal disrupt continuity and building a cohesive team from season to season in all sports. Not good from a fan perspective either. Hard to emotionally invest in players who may (probably will) jump for a paycheck. By dropping football and consolidating the NIL money into MBB...we can possibly be the school with a winning program, better coaching, great playing environment... AND...offer them the biggest long-term paychecks... BOOM!!

Be the biggest fish in the WCC, Big West, WAC or some basketball conference??? Football drives the athletics of a school. What more money could we consolidate? Can't increase seating, would we build a bigger area somewhere? Let us know how eliminating FB would increase NIL money?

Can't recall a single team drop FBS football and still have a respectable team in basketball. The low IQ nature of the "drop football" crowd is astounding.

Calling for Lewis to be fired immediately just ain't gonna happen. I laugh at those who post stupid things like that. Only way he gets fired is if he violates some school policy. He will be here at least 3 years and I am hoping for longer because that means the team is doing well. We lack the talent right now to be good, especially in positions hurt by injuries. Can't stand Lewis's offense? Well, our defense just gave up 300 yards rushing to two guys last week. We need to bring in better players on both sides of the ball. This year we will have a full recruiting year performed by a full staff.

Tell us all what you are seeing that gives you hope for when "his recruits" hit the field. ? If he was your employee would you give him another year ?

This year we will have a full recruiting year performed by a full staff. Lewis has a budding superstar in Sutton and benches him when he does well. Sticks with a guy who is above average out of some strange loyalty to him. Both guys will be gone next year but you want Clueless to stick around, "Just cuz." If JD follows your "give the guy a chance " approach, our FB program will be on life support before we bring in a new Coach. If the program falls that far, the potential Coaching pool will be FCS Coaches. I just don't get the loyalty from the Lewis Fanboy Club when Season tix holders are refusing to renew and the product is putrid.

If Clueless had been the Coach during Pumphreys senior year, Rashad Penny never would have seen the field.

I haven't read the 6 pages, but who is going to write the check to pay off his contract?? It's not like we have a big TV contract and sitting on a pile of future cash. Aren't we paying Hoke as well this year? And already begging donors for NIL money?

Why do you pay failures for years to come. Totally insane, like Texas A&M did. You dont reward failures.
