Oh darn we now won't be able to experience the embarrassment of being a 6-win team that doesn't get chosen for a bowl. Between the boring team and the typically small contingent of Aztecs that travel to bowl games, we wouldn't have been very high on any selection lists anyway.

Why oh why did Shaw catch that punt in the 4??!!! It would've gone into the end zone. The rule of thumb for at least 50 years ... punt returner stands on the 10 yard line, if the ball goes over your head, you let it go. You DO NOT drift backwards and catch it… Especially at the 4 yard line!! It's just mind-boggling how stupid this team is every other play. That is lousy coaching. Man, do I miss Rocky. |

I hate to say this but this team looks like it has given up on offense. The play calling is unimaginative. Poor discipline, when you have this you get poor execution. Execute the offense, that's a start. |

That offense if ours is the most predictable offense I have seen in DECADES. New Mexico knew exactly what were going to do, and we did it. Pitiful, to say the least.

I don't mind the losing in a coach's first year before he can build the program to his liking. I DO mind the lack of discipline and how ugly the games become because of that, though. He's a s#!++y coach. A 🤡 No doubt. Wicker blew it. Again. Coach Lewis could be a good Head Coach but he is a terrible OC and needs to hire a new OC and stay away from the play calling next year. |
