I would like to see the SDSU women volleyball team make a statement in the SJSU gym. Go out onto the floor at the start of the game and if the he/she is on the floor, SDSU women would walk off the floor and say we are more then happy to play the girls, but not with the he/she on the floor. It’s your choice SJSU coach, we play the girls or we are going home. I wonder what the coach would do?

I love watching the Woke struggle with this issue. You use the term "Woke" as if it is supposed to be an insult. Which it isn't. Per www.merriam-webster.com/, "aware of and actively attentive to important societal facts and issues (especially issues of racial and social justice)". If that is "Woke", sign me up... and thanks for the compliment. Maybe just don't try to insult other people?

It's a fellow CSU, so SDSU-SJSU volleyball matches will happen.
What's far-more interesting to me is this -- and it's had me thinking because Oregon State and Wazzu have chosen to bring in colleges from Idaho and Utah to the Pac 12 fold-- When does turn-about become fair play? If Boise and/or Utah State have a policy, for example, that SDSU doesn't like, can SDSU cancel the game? If, for example, Boise allows open-carry in Albertson's Stadium or the hoops arena up there -- and we've decided that's safety issue -- which, apparently, is the rationale behind the cancelation of the volleyball games with SJSU, can we bail?
I don't know what form that would ultimately take, but it could conceivably jump out at any point.

People, at the end of the day we are just Sugarcoating the fact that guys are trying to play on girls teams, this is a issue that should not even be a consideration. This is an issue that is basically screwing up the entire sports community for a very select few, just look at the numbers of what they are doing. These players are coming into the Women's sports and dominating and changing the entire outcomes of their games to the point that shows they basically have a Big Advantage and DO NOT belong competing on the same field.

I don't know what form that would ultimately take, but it could conceivably jump out at any point. But the players could say they will not play. It would take a lot of courage, and it is probably something that understandably, they just don't want to deal with, but if they don't want males taking the place of females on women's teams they will have to take a stand.

I see at some point Webster changing the definition to reflect that.

Only by those who are threatened by it. Who or why it is used doesn't change the fact. For our purposes, the only fact is that Frantic is using it as a troll. Not surprising though, given the source. Just a few days ago he called someone out here for "making this topic political."

It's up to the team. If they want to play then play, if they want to forfeit then forfeit. It's their decision and I support it either way.

I just don't understand how some people can support a biological male playing a women's sport! There are clear examples like Lia Thomas (thank you JP) of biological males having a significant advantage. We have seen biological males pretending to be a girl physically hurting females in womens volleyball. Anyone who doesn't see the advantages that biological males have is not paying close enough attention. The fact we have gotten to a point that most people just accept and move on is hard for me to comprehend.
Now, I am not into the name calling or passing judgement on anyone, but I just don't think this should be allowed. I know I am getting old, and maybe I am not open minded enough, but I just can't get behind this.
The Lia Thomas example is very telling. Going from being a ranked male in the 100+ range and becoming the top female swimmer should be the clearest example anyone needs when trying to say that they don't have an advantage. I mean come on as the results are there.
