THIS is how you build an NIL war chest. This might be our ticket to the big boy table.

A million dollars is nice, but it's a drop in the bucket. Need a whole lot more in this new climate to be competitive at the top of the market. That said, in Dutch we trust.

We got a seat at the big boy table for once. Our fans travel well. Tourney sponsors want to sell tickets. This is one of the best ways Aztec fans can support NIL. Fill the seats. Turn this into a Home Tourney and they will get invited every year. Kids will get paid and SDSU will be a more attractive program.

It's a million f'n dollars! Is it the whole pie? Nope. Does your pie get bigger with a million dollars plus opportunities for your players to make long-term money? Hell yeah Why on earth would you be a Debbie downer over a million f'n dollars?

THIS is how you build an NIL war chest. This might be our ticket to the big boy table. 💯 This is literally an event...not just a basketball tournament. One that's gonna be full of commercial sponsors, exposure & long-term financial opportunities for players.

Hell yeah Why on earth would you be a Debbie downer over a million f'n dollars? It was a factual statement based on the college basketball landscape. No need to be in an uproar. Not everything is tied to emotion. It's a cool opportunity, obviously. I have no fear that the Aztecs are going to be unable to adapt.

A million dollars is nice, but it's a drop in the bucket. Need a whole lot more in this new climate to be competitive at the top of the market. That said, in Dutch we trust. First of all, it's not $1,000,000 budget, it's a $2,000,000 one with this new money added in. And $2,000,000 isn't a drop in the bucket, it's enough multiple drops to cover the bottom of the bucket.
