Man, Stevens has looked terrible for two games 3-15 today. Would love to see a Nevada-Opposite close by the Rams to get some of our conference dignity back.

Cartier just missing a bunny because he was so scared of an invisible defender so he tried some obscure hook shot, what a joke He done this at least five times this game

Cunningham's elbow to Scott's face gets a flagrant 1. That is the correct call at 10:15 left in the CSU-Texas game.

They came way back, but could not get it over the hump of this fugly game. Afraid that last run will be their last run this season. Tough luck CSU. At least they got to win a game.

Seems pretty clear what the problem is in the MWC. They don't see bonafide bigs on their teams very often, and the ones they do manage to entice are usually those from the leftover market - so there's never really a conference schedule that's filled with 7 foot monsters. When these teams get to the NCAAT, some of them don't know how to defend for a whole game against a real live "big". At least SDSU was able to schedule decent OOC competition and saw some big players, but now even that's going away as they'll have two fewer opportunities to play possible MM teams and see how other conferences play. MWC admin hasn't got a clue about this at all, and their current "Hair" is even more clueless than the one who came before her. What motivation would a team like Purduehave playing a school like Colorado State on the road? Mwc teams need to schedule road games to get their players used to playing at sea level with a hostile crowd and not getting any calls. Sdsu is the only team that goes out of its way to play real competition. We are always tourney ready by March.

Weren't so ready when State had a week to prepare for Syracuse's zone defense in the first round of 2021 and Buddy Boeheim scored 30 points and easily won 78-62.

We need one of our two guards to make shots. and we need to gang rebound. otherwise we are toast.

Or when we gave up a last-second layup to Houston. Or when we had Indiana beat and dribbled the ball off a foot. Or when we had Zona beat and gave up something like a 12-2 run to end the game. Having said that, I think it takes time for schools and coaching staffs to figure out the Madneas that is March.

Oakland beats Kentucky by making 15 three pointers. It would be nice for SDSU to find some consistent three point shooters. Gohlke came off the bench and made 10.
