Today, Judge Cannon dismissed the Florida jack smith case on the basis of smith not being confirmed by the U.S. Senate and is an illegal appointment. I called for the that case for other reasons to be dismissed on June 27, 2024 in this thread.

That was always going to be the reality when the immunity ruling was crafted to protect Trump. If SCOTUS argues that retaining classified information and defying a subpoena is an official act, then the court is illegitimate. |
