Orange Man and Dementia Joe are both to darn old for the presidency, however one of them, if they live passed January will be president. Besides age, Joey’s problem is the economy. For those of us that live in the real world, buy groceries, buy gas, buy clothes, the perception is the economy sucks. Citi's chief US economist said February 15, 2024, “The economic data seems strong but is hinting at signs of a decline, as seen in the latest jobs report. Credit-card delinquency rates are also on the rise, and retail sales data has shown a drop in activity. The US economy is headed for a recession in the middle of 2024.” If that is true and perception isn’t changed Joey gets his butt kicked in November. I think Newsom is the next President. Biden will need to drop out because of a health reason this summer. This reminds me of Obama/Romney. Team Blue fans know how to stay together and vote the party line. Fans of Team Red attack each other, fumble around wondering what they’re doing wrong and then are exhausted and take a season off supporting their team. I'm not so sure about that, however rumors of a Newscum, Big Mike ticket have been floated. Plus Newscum has put his face out there a lot recently. Big Mike was been polling ahead of him, the ticket might get reversed if it were to happen. For now, I think it will be Orange Man v. Dementia Joe. Who wins, who knows.

CBS News Poll Analysis: Who's voting for Biden, and who's voting for Trump? The Biden Coalition: Blacks, Hispanics, Voters 18-29, Women "A large majority of Black voters says they will vote for Mr. Biden this year. But his current support trails what he got in 2020. The president still has an edge with Hispanic voters now, but his margin over Trump is smaller than it was in 2020." "Fewer of these voters tell us they are definitely going to vote this year compared to White voters, who are more inclined to back Republicans. Lower expressed likelihood of voting among them is one reason Biden is trailing in the polls now." 80 percent of whites say they are going to vote compared to 73 percent of Hispanics and 63 percent of Blacks. "Mr. Biden leads Trump among women in our current polling, but it's a smaller lead compared to 2020." "But women who say the economy is a major factor are backing Trump." "Young voters: Most are backing Biden, but have concerns about his approach to the Israel-Hamas conflict." "This group more than any other age group wants Mr. Biden to encourage Israel to stop its military actions in Gaza." The Trump Coalition: white, old, male, Evangelical with no college degree. www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/cbs-news-poll-analysis-who-s-voting-for-biden-and-who-s-voting-for-trump/ar-BB1jnuus?ocid=msedgntp&pc=HCTS&cvid=8a89daef439c47ee83930a206a1c35f5&ei=63 The fascinating thing about most voters is they really don't pay attention all that closely to key issues. Age is the biggest concern for both candidates, for example. Those that are going to vote for Trump (the true MAGA crowd) are still going to vote for him, even if he's on trial during the election. There's a section of the population that still believes the 2020 election was rigged or stolen. Regarding Biden, there's a strong sentiment that the economy isn't doing well...despite mountainous evidence to the contrary. It's a fascinating situation to watch unfold. "Fascinating" isn't the term I would use; depressing, horrifying and mindboggling is closer to my reality.

"Fascinating" isn't the term I would use; depressing, horrifying and mindboggling is closer to my reality. From a psychological standpoint, I find it fascinating. Yeah, I also find it fascinating on how it's all going to play out. Too close to call, in my opinion. Will the young voters forgive and forget if there is a cease fire, and vote for Biden in numbers, or are they too turned off by him supplying Israel? Will there be enough Republican voters that didn't vote before, vote for Trump? Have enough voters turned on Biden? Are people over Trump, so to speak? So much more to it.
