No. He was barred from getting a loan from any bank in New York because he was found guilty of engaging in fraud. This is why I scoffed at the "Oh this will be easily appealed and reduced" - You have to put up the entire amount JUST to seek the appeal. |

Step 1: Convince the world someone is after them. Step 2: Convince the world they are victims of __________. Step 3: Spread misinformation. Step 4: Rinse and repeat. First and foremost, on Earth, charges require investigations. Investigations that take considerable amounts of time. Charges don't get announced out of the blue, anywhere, for a person of any kind of notoriety. I called RFK siphoning votes from Biden the day after he announced his candidacy. It's not groundbreaking information. His candidacy is a waste of time, as he has no real shot to win the election, given his platform and the fact nobody votes third party. I'm just dumbfounded how someone can't decipher these basic things. There's no witch hunt. There's no conspiracy. There's no deep state. If I stole classified information, I'd go to prison. If I disseminated classified information to people that don't hold a security clearance, I'd go to prison. If I committed tax fraud, bank fraud, obstruction of justice...I'd go to prison. Biden's DOJ didn't even want to PROSECUTE Trump. Merrick Garland resisted charging him for MONTHS. The FBI didn't even investigate his role in January 6th for over a year. The weaponization you want to imagine in your head from the most docile AG in recent memory is just not the reality. And let's be real: If the roles were reversed, you'd happily be endorsing the former president going after the current one, despite a lack of actual evidence. Partisan charades. |

Well, during his first divorce, his wife (its on the record) said that trump kept Hitler's writings next to his bed. On a visit to Omaha Beach with John Kelley, trump said "Hitler did some good things". trump also has used the terms "vermin" and "animals" for groups of people he disagrees with. Those terms are terms despots use before elimination. I personally have not used the terms animals or vermin for the maga crowd. I have used "cult" and incapable of critical thought though.
