Guttfeld and Watters aren’t anti semetic. You can cherry pick and misinterpret to your hearts content, but those two are not what you’re ascribing them to be. We have plenty of the SS mentality present in the groomers in our higher education system. They practically have the patent on anti semetism, with University Presidents who fail to protect their Jewish students and values which perfectly align with Joseph Goebbles.
Back to the matter at hand. The scheme to keep Trump off the ballot is clearly endorsed by Democrats AND Biden. I will carefully note that you are not even attempting to deny this.

Misinterpret? Watch the videos. I'm intelligent, I can read and listen with the best of them. There's not much to misinterpret. Is he joking? Probably. Does it excuse the behavior? Absolutely not. He's had similar comments towards Muslims, too. You can't spin or deflect that, try as you might. You're a Mark Levin fan, I'm sure you agree with his comments on Wolf Blitzer's parents? I already have said it's better for Trump to be on the ballot. He *should* be disqualified based on his actions on January 6th, but the voters will have the right to decide that in November.

Gutfeld is actually a laugh riot. He does kid around with the token liberals on The Five and if you are not a regular viewer, he can be easily taken out of context. At least we can kind of agree on your last point. Was Trump ever convicted of insurrection? Until he is, our system affords him the presumption of innocence. BTW, every time the Democrats try a stunt like this, it just adds to Trump’s lead over Biden.

Once again, there doesn't need to be a charge or a conviction for the 14th Amendment to be applied by a state court. Read the Constitution, it explains this in easy to consume words. Trump's lead over Biden means next to nothing in December of 2023. Polls could not mean less right now. Notice you wouldn't even address the Levin comment. Not a shock on that one. Oh, and by the way, your smug exterior belies the fact you openly support a racist piece of $#!+ like Donald Trump. Birds of a feather, something something? Just an observation. You're awfully proud to promote endorsing a truly disgusting person.

You have convinced yourself that all of the left wing’s smears against him are 100% accurate. That is very demented. If you believe all of the krap: He is a rapist, a Hitler,(is there a Republican the Dems don’t call Hitler?) a murderer, a traitor, a swindler, a stupid idiot who wants to destroy the earth with climate change, a jerk who kills undocumented immigrants with his border wall, an @$$hole who built the space force, PLUS all of his energy independent claims are totally false and we are actually paying less for gas under Biden. To me it’s not personal, just a matter of finances and economics. Trump just ran the country better than the dumpster fire of a president we have now. I miss $2.65 gas and $6.99 Japanese beer. That’s all.

There's no "up for interpretation" here - It's clear as day what those remarks were stating. You're okay with that, apparently. Others, such as myself, are not. Demonizing Trump? Nope. Just stating facts. Ignoring history may be convenient for you, but it's not something I jive with. There's a right and a wrong here...and you're on the wrong side of it. If I believe it? That’s all. You may care about gas prices and Japanese beer. Here's what I care about (and what you SHOULD care about) The former president incited an insurrection. Let that sentence sink in. His own vice president was threatened - Trump himself cheered that on. Pence "deserved" it. Let that sink in. The former president illegally retained some of the most classified intelligence on the planet and leaked intelligence to a hostile country. In war times, that's treason, if you're keeping score. Let that sink in. The former president is on tape in three different states trying to overturn valid election results, pressuring officials to try and find more votes. We only found out about Michigan TODAY, years after the fact. What else don't we know? The former president has been charged with nearly 100 felonies. You want that person back in office because it makes your trip to the pump cheaper? Truly the silliest thing I've heard in a long while. On issues that *actually matter* - Sorry, it's not close. He "ran the country" right into a botched global pandemic where millions of people died. Job well done.

No, it’s not coincidence, as one of the many failed Democrat policies, the Green new deal, shut down our oil and petroleum production and canceled our energy pipelines. That is why gas prices exploded under Biden. so, yes, the president can affect energy costs. Everything else you list is basically hyperbole, mostly fiction generally and propaganda designed to rally Democrat voters around a false narrative that Trump is evil, and must be defeated by any means necessary. The theft of classified intelligence? Really? It’s so hypocritical since Biden had similar sensitive information in his freaking garage. Whatever, the Democrats just need to keep up the dirty tricks, and Donald Trump will be president for at least four more years, then you can go back to being miserable. Just for the record, Donald Trump is not necessarily my choice for the GOP presidential candidate, but it looks like he’s got the nomination locked up, so I guess I’ll cast my vote for him. Life in California under Biden is basically untenable and unsustainable, Everything is so freaking expensive with his economic policies in place.

Of course prices were going to go up, demand was suppressed worldwide during COVID. When travel increased, demand for crude oil increased. Basic common sense here. Once again, the cancellation of the pipelines, mainly Keystone, had nothing to do with gas prices in the United States. Nothing. Mostly fiction? No, I don't believe in fiction. I believe it's an actual fact (because it is) that Trump has been charged with 91 felonies. No, Biden didn't have similar intelligence in his garage. Also, there's the pesky fact that Biden COOPERATED and turned over the material. Trump not only possessed it, he lied about returning it. Twice. This kind of lazy whataboutism and false parallel serves nobody. You know you're lying, you know you're in the wrong, but you persist in being dense. Hard. Pass. Blame Donald Trump, not Joe Biden.

Your charts clearly show average gas prices going from $2 to $5 in a period of 18 months. That’s insane! What is also insane is you trying to convince me that it didn’t happen.
JSYK, the “Jedi mind trick” doesn’t generally work over the internet.
By the way, The Supreme Court just refused to hear Saucy Jack’s arguments vs Donald Trump, so yet another Democratic Party dirty trick fails.

Nope, no thank you. You said gas prices tripled within six months of Biden taking office. They never tripled at all. Anywhere. Ever. Yes, they went up in 18 months, then they stabilized. This is what happens when global factors move supply and demand. January 2021: In the middle of the pandemic. Demand across the world decreased. Crude oil prices dropped. Fast-forward: Pandemic eases, travel increases, demand for crude oil increases equals higher prices. This isn't hard to solve. The national average now is back to where it was two years ago, in December of 2021. There's no Jedi mind trick, you're just not good with telling the truth. Sucks to be you, I guess. And no, the Supreme Court just ruled that they would allow the appellate court to go first, which is scheduled for a few weeks from now. Then, they could potentially hear an appeal of the lower court ruling. This is how the judicial system tends to work. You're really not good at this.

No fast forwarding the process, the case will probably get heard by the Supreme Court after the election. Assuming Trump wins, he will be president again and be capable of pardoning himself as needed. The question of the Colorado ballots will be put to the front of the court’s queue. It’s hard to believe our elections are coming to this.

You clearly don't understand what you're talking about here (surprising...nobody) so let's clarify the misconceptions - All that happened today is that SCOTUS declined to jump the line, which there was really no need to do before the appellate court issues their own ruling in a few weeks, middle of January, I believe. The actual timeline of the case really shouldn't be affected much at all. After Trump loses in the appellate court, he will appeal to SCOTUS. He'll have a timetable to do that, and it's not going to be long. Leaving aside the fact you can't pardon yourself for state crimes, he has to A) Win the election (Unlikely) and B) Navigate a boatload of other issues before that even happens.

So now you want to move goalposts when you were lying? Which is a win for Trump. It's hard to believe that you and the Republican Party is backing someone who committed insurrection. Insurrection
While sedition is organized incitement to rebellion or civil disorder against the state’s authority, insurrection involves actual acts of violence against the state or its officers. Only the attorney general can bring charges of insurrection, which is defined by Title 18, section 2383 of the U.S.C.: Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Elsewhere (title 10, chapter 13, section 254), the U.S. Code allows the president to “immediately order the insurgents to disperse and retire peaceably to their abodes within a limited time.” If the insurrectionists don’t comply, the president can then call out the military and National Guard to suppress civil disorder and insurrection.

That was my thought up until about a month ago. I think Trump would win a tight one if it was held today. Unfortunately, in the end, it's going to be Trump or Biden. Ridiculous. Polls overvalue Trump's base consistently. He won't do well with non-voters in 2020, nor with younger voters. I'm not so sure that I agree - Trump has a legitimate chance to win. Don't delude yourself into thinking that voters are incapable of voting for Trump... Moreover, Biden has a real problem on his hands with his mishandling of the Gaza conflict. I wouldn't be surprised to see low voter turnouts among young voters who would otherwise vote Democrat. Biden, Facing Backlash Over War in Gaza, is Losing Support From Some Young Black Yoters
"Some said they won't vote for him next year. Some are considering alternatives." "Delaney Leonard, a 19-year-old sophomore at Howard who helped organize the rally, said she has no intention of voting for Biden. She doesn’t think she’s alone." “Young people are finally seeing the impact of America’s war machine," said Middlemass, adding that some are concerned about the nation’s support of Israel. “That's what students are so fearful of ‒ is this blind loyalty without consideration of the rights of Palestinians to exist?” www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/biden-facing-backlash-over-war-in-gaza-is-losing-support-from-some-young-black-voters/ar-AA1lD4ad?ocid=msedgntp&pc=HCTS&cvid=e2d2a02c20a44d3fb564ebf57600a0b3&ei=14Young Americans Are So Disgusted by Biden's Handling of Israel's War in Gaza That a Poll Shows They Could Vote for Trump
"72% of registered voters age 18-29 disapprove of Biden's handling of the war, according to a new poll." www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/young-americans-are-so-disgusted-by-biden-s-handling-of-israel-s-war-in-gaza-that-a-poll-shows-they-could-vote-for-trump/ar-AA1lJUVH?ocid=msedgntp&pc=HCTS&cvid=1b36cc212a9f42f1a866d752ed5a77ff&ei=12

It's absolutely true. I'm not saying he doesn't have a chance to win, it's a two-party country where only two candidates have a chance to win. But his base is wildly over-captured in polls. The election is still 10+ months away, so it's pretty meaningless right now what polls indicate as it is.
