So glad SDSU didn’t get him. He had multimillion dollar endorsements, including Puma. Lives in a 3,700 sq ft home in Jamul that cost 1.2 million. Charged with five charges of assault with a firearm. Glad Dutch recruits character guys and didn’t get Williams.

What an idiot Star hooper with seven figures worth of NIL deals with the world in his hands and he does this?
It ain't like he got into a fist fight or got caught drinking underage or some other forgivable mistake.
This dude is truly stupid

He should be right at home in Memphis, where he can receive further mentorship from Ja Morant.

Memphis Tigers fans don't care. As soon as the news broke, Hardaway was back to recruiting potential transfers from West Tennessee State (penal colony).

He should be right at home in Memphis, where he can receive further mentorship from Ja Morant. Not sure he will make it to Memphis now Hey, if Alabama can have four players on the roster who somehow found their way into the midst of a gang shootout and murder scene, yet still gun for a national championship without any qualms, Memphis can put a talented "kid" on their roster who just happened to stumble into some bad luck.

Wish nothing but the best to Mikey Williams. Aside he is a popular figure and highly touted prospect from the SD County, I think most of us don't have a beef to pick with him, as honestly, he was never a serious "target" of ours, nor we were a serious consideration of his. Not a problem. Here is what the Memphis Tigers forum are talking about: csnbbs.com/thread-968731.html

"Its been celebrated and glorified for quite a while now. Like so many other things, some of us were warning what this destructive glorification of idiocy and street culture will do the youth. Its bearing its fruit more and more each year. Yet all we heard for years was there is nothing wrong with the glorification of this gangster life, music and nothing wrong with gang street culture and its racist to suggest there is. We're at the point in 2023 where its baked in so hard to their noodles that they really don't know any better. Look no further than Ja Morant, a man who has everything and was really raised in a middle class privileged setting yet he desperately wants to be seen as a thug/gangster rapper. All Ja and Mikey are doing is acting out what the music and culture has told them a young black man is supposed to be. And if they aren't doing those things then the same cultural sources say they are "acting white". And when things go wrong people ask how can this possible happen? "
