Why don’t they ever put in Byrd in with the bench players? They’re trying to redshirt him… I don't know if they can do standard redshirt anymore because he played in some early season games. It looks like they're going for a medical. |

Awesome. We knew how well those guys could play when they put it all together. This was the best overall performance of the season. Saved it for the right time of year!!! Keep it going boys!!! |

I am glad you were wrong and I am guilty of having some doubts myself. It's a long season with a lot of ups and downs. Sometimes the process of building up to this kind of performance can be ugly. Many of the criticisms have been on point. At the same time, the team we cheer for was getting better. Now it's one of the most successful groups in our history. |

In the postgame show even Barkley pretty much said our defense is a given, but if they (Aztecs) keep shooting like this, they'll be a tough team to beat. What he fail to add was, no matter who they play. |

If there's one guy, however, that set the tone and stood out early, for me, it was NATE MENSAH! He laid it out on the glass and on the defensive end like no time this season.....
The players handled their responsibilities like a business trip, and if they can match this intensity and efficiency....the skies the limit!
We will have Alabama's full attention!

So incredibly happy for the players and coaches. I thought this team could make it to the sweet 16, but actually doing it is another matter!

Winning that first game broke the ice. Now they are relaxed and intense at the same time.
I doubt that they have anything close to that freedom in the post from here on out.
