Anything less than making the championship game would be enough for termination. Don't see us winning any championship in the next 5 years. When we hired fisher the expectation was to make the ncaa tournament every five years.

Womenses are tied up 33 all with the Girly Rubbles after being ahead for most of the first half. Good, strong play. UNLV not hitting threes, and they'll adjust at the half. SDSU just needs to hang on for another two quarters. Go AZZZZZZtecs!

UNLV beginning to pull away, now up by 9 at 48-39 - about a minute and a half left in Q3. AZZZZtecs still have some fight left, and probably a good run. Refs not an issue yet.

UNLV wins 71-68.
UNLV is the best team in the conference. Lady Aztecs did have their best season since the departure of BB.

Gave it their all. #1 UNLV, undefeated in conference this season, 30-2 overall.
SDSU went toe-to-toe and almost pulled it out of their AZZZZZZZZZZtecs. So close!

They played UNLV tough in their last meeting as well. Hopefully this season is a pivot point for the ladies going forward.

The ladies played their hearts out and had a chance to send it to OT at the end.
The rubbles came out on fire to start the second half and took advantage of every mistake that was made... set them up and yet they barely hung on. So damned close!

Meh.. Time to move on from this coaching staff. Just saw the softball team beat Minesota. The softball coach isn't afraid to play big name teams. In only her second year she has beat numerous sec and big ten teams.
