Do you get your idea's straight from some talking points? You really believe twitter didn't shape public debate? That there was no bias? And now Twitter is just "amplifying hate speech, calling for the prosecution of Anthony Fauci and creating arbitrary policies that are making Twitter a GOP hellscape." Wow! Elon really is THE DEVIL! It's funny how anyone who goes against your party becomes THE DEVIL! I can't believe anyone takes you seriously. I'm done... Straight from talking points? No. I generate my opinions on my own. It's kinda ironic that you're so accusatory when a lot of your facts haven't been correct in the first place...you seem to be using talking points much more than I am? And yes, Elon has reinstated Neo-Nazi accounts that were previously banned. Is it your opinion that doesn't amplify hate speech? It has nothing to do with my party. "GOP hellscape" means far-right wing ideologies that have become prevalent the last handful of years are now being endorsed by Musk. As for Fauci, undermining a national health crisis by promoting the prosecution of the leading doctor in the NIH who has served six different presidential administrations is dangerous. Point blank. It's even harder to believe you have no concept of common sense, but I guess when it serves your bias, that goes out the window.

And that's the sad thing here - It's not about my party, your party or any fundamental party. Nazism is bad. Extremism is bad. Fundamental undermining of public health officials during a global pandemic is bad. If you can't get to that point, your party isn't what you think it is. Discourse is lost when you can't fundamentally agree on basic human principles.

The fact is that the FBI had custody of Hunter's Laptop by December, 2019 and they likely found out it was authentic in about as much time it took for them to figure out that Sussman's Trump/Russia/Alpha Bank conspiracy accusation was a lie (hours to days at most). But the Twitter files shows that the FBI gaslighted Twitter Execs with the inference that the report on Hunter's Lap Top was probably Russian Disinfo. BTW, Facebook Execs were also gaslighted by the FBI on that front (as reported by Zuckerberg himself on Rogan's podcast). So Agent Timothy Thibault resigned just because? Beyond the corruption of the then VP detailed within the correspondence on the laptop, the fact that the cream of our National Security community agreed to lie in unison in an effort to provide cover for Biden lets everyone know that our Civil Servants are effectively for sale and/or woefully partisan. Also, the fact that Biden referenced the false claim of Russian Disinfo relating to his son's laptop in his Presidential debate (when he knew better) is an indication of guilt/criminality. Fiction. www.mediaite.com/tech/fbi-blasts-conspiracy-theorists-behind-twitter-files-claim-theres-nothing-to-see-in-communications/"The correspondence between the FBI and Twitter show nothing more than examples of our traditional, longstanding and ongoing federal government and private sector engagements, which involve numerous companies over multiple sectors and industries. As evidenced in the correspondence, the FBI provides critical information to the private sector in an effort to allow them to protect themselves and their customers. The men and women of the FBI work every day to protect the American public. It is unfortunate that conspiracy theorists and others are feeding the American public misinformation with the sole purpose of attempting to discredit the agency." Not surprised by the weenie, unspecific and anonymous response from the FBI for their exposure to the public of their partisan political operations. ussanews.com/2022/12/21/fbi-responds-to-twitter-files-disclosures-says-it-didnt-request-any-action-on-specific-tweets/So the FBI claims it was just making "suggestions" that Twitter take actions against posters as a favor to Twitter as they spotted Twitter customers/users who might not be abiding by Twitter's Terms of Service. So what are other companies in the USA to expect?? Will the FBI also detect and inform Disneyland of line jumpers and Netflix of user's sharing account login info?? dailycaller.com/2022/12/19/fbi-paid-twitter-millions/So the FBI paid Twitter about $3.5 Million to deal with their on-going political censorship actions...oh wait...suggestions. Can you imagine how many man hours and tax payer dollars where expended to fund the FBI agents as they generated those "suggestions"? And if they were only suggestions, where is the criminal activity that should actually be the basis of their involvement at all? No wonder why Biden thought it was acceptable to have and fund a propaganda department called the Disinformation Governance Board. They were already doing it with FBI money, time and effort.

Another good read: How Twitter rigged the covid debate www.thefp.com/p/how-twitter-rigged-the-covid-debate"The United States government pressured Twitter to elevate certain content and suppress other content about Covid-19 and the pandemic. Internal emails that I viewed at Twitter showed that both the Trump and Biden administrations directly pressed Twitter executives to moderate the platform’s content according to their wishes." I know, I know, Elon is bad, this reporter is a hack, this is all about nothing...And something about Trump...

Here's his thread on it with bullet points:
If I'm reading this correctly, this thread has 39.8 million views...Is that correct?

Matt Taibbi thread on Twitter Files: Twitter and other government agencies
The censorship doesn't just apply to twitter...of course...
16. "The government was in constant contact not just with Twitter but with virtually every major tech firm."
17. "These included Facebook, Microsoft, Verizon, Reddit, even Pinterest, and many others. Industry players also held regular meetings without government"

Yes, that's why you should be against this type of influence. I don't believe what's being portrayed is an accurate picture.

Yes, that's why you should be against this type of influence. I don't believe what's being portrayed is an accurate picture. A Mafia boss pays a hit man to do his "bidding" and both he and the assassin are guilty of murder. A Government employee pays a Social media company to squelch the free speech rights of a US citizen and somehow, in leftist bizarro world anyhow, both the Gov employee and the Social media company are innocent of denying the US citizen their 1st Ammendment rights and the bad guys are the parties that exposed the conspiracy.

So Taibbi has pretty much been exposed as a fraud, to the point where he's now leaving Twitter to go back to Substack. The clown show is in full effect.
