Austin Hedges getting the start this morning - didn't realize he had a worse 2022 BA than Grish! (.163)

Seattle serving notice that they're not just happy to be here, 3 spot in the top of the first and still batting.

StL pen implodes in 9th, turns 2-0 lead into 6-2 behind, lose 6-3. Brutal.

Cleveland wins in 15 innings 1-0.
On to the ALDS.
Multiple players with the platinum sombrero in the game.

And speaking of serving notice, Mariners up 6-2 on The Cheatos, light up Verlander for 10 hits, KO him in the 4th, T. France 3-3 and 2 RBIs.

CLE/NYY going to first extras of the postseason, tied 2-2.
EDIT: Naylor with an RBI in the 10th, CLE wins 4-2, series tied 1-1 - if it weren't for the choke job by Seattle in game 1, every lower seed would have gained a split/stolen home field.

Phills all over the Braves so far in game 3, drop a 6-spot in the 3rd and up 6-0 in the 4th. A reminder that should the Pads and Phills both win their series Pads would have home field for the NLCS

So... Can the Padres beat the Astros? The Yankees are in trouble.
A rematch of '98 would be sweet, but it's looking like the cheaters, errr.... The Astros are going to be the AL representative.
Which still seems weird to me since the Astros were a National League team for so long. But I digress...
Which team would you rather see the Padres face? (Assuming they get to the World Series, which could very well happen!)

But it would also be sweet to shut up the "America's Team!" gasbags who act like their $#!+ don't stink.
