This thread isn't about Hunter Biden. The deal didn't fall apart, they declined it after DOJ wanted new charges at the last minute, including a potential FARA violation. There's no impeachment inquiry, they don't have the votes in the House, nor do they have the votes in the Senate. Complete waste of time and money. Biden wins reelection, Trump wins an 8 x 10 cell without windows. How can you keep falling for the farce in front of you? Read the superseding indictment. Completely screwed.

The FBI is going after Trump at President Biden request. Speaking of Biden…..There are now indications that the Biden Family has extorted $50 million from foreign sources. This is all provable. Money laundering, influence peddling, racketeering, this family will go down as the most corrupt political family in our nation’s history. Even more corrupt than the Clintons!!🤣. These allegations certainly overshadow the allegations of….whatever they are trying to pin on Trump. I have to repeat my claim from 3 weeks ago, Biden won’t be running for president again. He will probably be impeached, and if there are even a few Democrats with a shred of integrity, he will be removed from office after all this gets aired in congress. President Biden has lied about all of this for years. Shame….Shame….Shame!

President Biden has lied about all of this for years. Shame….Shame….Shame! Stop. I'm not going to listen to your blatant lies. What I will do is correct you, again, with some reality and some hard truths. First, it's not a library dispute. It's the willful retention and knowledge of concealing highly classified information related to the national defense in an unsecured building. That should terrify you, Republican or Democrat, considering Trump's long, long track record of illegality. It's a criminal conspiracy, obstruction of justice and now destruction of government property, too. And that's just *this* indictment. And no, Biden has nothing to do with it....a Republican fantasy. I'm glad you brought up influence peddling like the lazy analyst you are. Let's talk about influence peddling. China? Ivanka Trump, who actually held political office, had trademarks fast-tracked for her business ventures because Daddy was the president. www.google.com/amp/s/www.forbes.com/sites/tommybeer/2020/09/22/ivankas-trademark-requests-were-fast-tracked-in-china-after-trump-was-elected/amp/Jared Kushner, who, despite not having a security clearance (overruled by his father-in-law) received TWO BILLION DOLLARS from the Saudi kingdom after the murder of a US journalist. www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna31805And then Trump himself, while he held the office of the presidency, pocketed unknown amounts of money from a half dozen foreign countries, including China, Qatar and others. Ready for some irony? James Comer, yes, that James Comer, said the House was going to investigate Trump for....influence peddling! www.cnn.com/videos/politics/2023/01/15/comer-to-probe-trump.cnn(Gee, I wonder what they found....when they "investigated?") Everything you say is a projection. It's lazy, it's a disgrace to the truth. If you are outraged about the unproven, still not yet corroborated allegations against Biden, but you're perfectly ho-hum content and unbothered by the actual proof of the corruption in the previous administration? You're an unserious fraud, much like your idol.

Just because you don’t like what I wrote doesn’t make what I wrote “lies”.
Trump has a way of making Dems hysterical with rage (just watch The View) and they become hell bent in going after him for infractions they would never charge themselves with. They are hypocrites. The charges vs Trump are minutiae at best and the weak sauce Alvin Bragg has concocted is a pathetic joke.
I’m sorry the guy you voted for and believe in is such a corrupt slimebag, but the level of Biden malfeasance is astounding. Maybe he gets off, but the American people have had it, too many instances of Hillary Clinton deleting over a thousand subpoenaed emails with zero consequences or accountability. We are going to vote for new blood this next election, not corrupt old hasbeens.
It’s not a lie to bring up what is being reported by MULTIPLE MEDIA SOURCES, so quit being obtuse dummy. If you think what Fox, CNN and dozens of other news organizations are reporting falsely , then you disprove it, but don’t shoot the messenger.
Enjoy the Biden/Trump kabuki theatre…..and Biden is major hot water in case you can’t see it.

Enjoy the Biden/Trump kabuki theatre…..and Biden is major hot water in case you can’t see it. It does, though. Because you have no proof outside of Republican bluster and chest puffing, virtue signaling that they are going to "root out corruption"....but only if it coincides with their own agenda. It's a farce, plain and simple. When one of the people directly connected to the originating FD-1023 says it's uncorroborated nonsense...it's probably nonsense. Here is a fact: They have produced zero, repeat zero, evidence of anything credibly linking Joe Biden to a crime. Nothing. Oh yes, the now 100+ felony counts are "minuate." That's...rich. Again, how do you expect people to believe you or take you seriously if you're not willing to face reality? New blood? Like who? The only two people with a chance of winning are Trump and Biden...and Trump's chance decreases by the hour. So now you want to trust the media? Isn't your whole diatribe about how the mainstream media protects Democrats and how Fox News is the source of everything we can trust? Pick a lane, speaking of hypocrisy and all. What they are *reporting* and what you are describing are two separate events. Use your brain. Here's an example: McCarthy floats impeachment inquiry. Cool. A guy who had to require over a dozen votes to get the Speaker role has enough votes to impeach the president? No, he doesn't. Meaningless drivel. If Biden's water is hot....Trump's is boiling to the point of third degree burns that require a trauma center. If all you have is "Biden took a bribe....." Uh, good luck squaring that with sedition and the theft of classified intelligence. Not just two different levels, two different universes in terms of criminality, magnitude and damage.

So you are claiming that the possession of classified material under the auspices of “executive privilege” (something every politician does including Biden) is more serious than influence peddling and extorting $50 million from foreign governments and corporations?
I know you go all in rooting for the Democrats, but this is ridiculous.

I know you go all in rooting for the Democrats, but this is ridiculous. There. Is. No. Executive. Privilege. Here. Executive privilege ends when you stop becoming the executive. When the clock struck noon on January 20th, 2021, Trump was no longer the executive. Thus, he had no ability to retain or maintain classified material. Power lies with the office, not the person. No amount of spinning relentlessly in circles changes that determination. Only one person has executive privilege, not "every politician." Read the Presidential Records Act, read the penal code. Take a break from Jesse Watters, please. Retaining classified material in an unsecured space where foreign spies inhabitate said space is far more egregious, yes. This is literally the crown jewels of our classified system, some of the most secretive intelligence on the planet, meant only to be viewed inside a SCIF. Information on clandestine assets, satellite imagery, nuclear readiness capabilities, military attack plans....yes. Any statement to the contrary is idiotic and false. Now it's $50M? Cool. You know where that figure came from? Nancy Mace, on....Fox News! The same place that let Comer talk about whistleblowers who don't exist. $50M? Only $1.95B to catch Jared Kushner's blood.money deal that you won't even address. The fact you care so much about this and turned a blind eye to the same....exact....thing that occurred (on a far worse scale) means you need to take a look in the mirror while you're slinging mud.

If the law was going to be applied evenly (there’s a concept) we wouldn’t have enough jail space for all of the Hillary Clintons, Charles Schumers and Barack Obamas who broke the rules. It’s practically cliche. Biden is a bonafied racketeer and his impeachment will be an endless parade of corruption and fraudulent deals. Sorry you don’t like where this is going, maybe you should get another hobby if the current news upsets you. Just don’t lash out at me for bringing up bad news about Biden.

Serious question: Do you believe that statement or are you trying to troll the board intentionally? Because if you do believe it...you shouldn't. Key differences that matter: Willful retention. Biden returned the documents, Trump did not. Obstruction. Biden returned the documents, Trump defied a subpoena, lied on an affidavit and then tampered with surveillance equipment when he got caught...under surveillance. OOPS. The cases are not the same. Not now, not then, not ever. Had Trump COOPERATED? He wouldn't have been charged. Period. Instead, because he thinks he's Lucky Luciano...he's screwed. His ego is his downfall because he thinks he's untouchable. He's about to be indicted (again) in Georgia...and there's no getting around that. Your fragile whataboutism means nothing to me. Don't care about Schumer, Hillary, or Obama...no relevance here. Stop getting your news from Facebook memes and outlets that were sued for defamation and lying to their audience. The law, fortunately, does mean something here. I appreciate your efforts to try and cling to some desperate attempt that impeachment is going to amount to anything...it will not. Perils of that "Red Wave" being more like a puddle on the sidewalk. Sucks to suck.

The polls have Biden and Trump deadlocked. Trump has been indicted three times, and he is still polling very well. He will probably need to pardon himself after he retakes the oath of office.

I would personally like to see the Republicans select someone who has even the slightest bit of integrity, empathy and high morals. But go ahead with trump...he will get destroyed in the general. Single most despised politician in the last 200 years. Not despised because of his politics, but because he is a horrible human being.

After 35 years as a registered Republican I could no longer support the party that was excusing and supporting Donald Trump. He makes Richard Nixon look honorable, and that's not an exaggeration.

Think about this in a serious context, removing aside the hyperbole: Donald Trump, in six years, completely gutted and consolidated the Republican Party. The non-MAGA Republicans are too afraid to speak up and cross party lines, the extremists are still crying voter fraud, civil unrest and pledging allegiance to their fuhrer. A disgrace.

Ah, Judge Cannon beginning to show her true colors today. Cannon struck down two filings by DOJ that were tied to grand jury secrecy, basically instructing the defense what to file.
Thin, thin ice.
