Also for me as a Christian, I can't get around the fact that Jesus said, "BEFORE I formed you in the womb, I knew you." I don't care what Jesus said. As a matter of fact, we don't even know for sure that Jesus existed. Any quotes attributed to him are 3rd and 4th generation removed (the stories were told verbally for decades before they were written down and compiled). There is no God, my friend. If there were, he wouldn't be a petty, jealous, insecure, angry, bitter, vindictive, cruel God as he's painted in the Bible. Those are the worst of the human traits. God would have to be better than that. God has no place in law, that's for sure. If you feel so inclined, watch the movie, "The Case For Christ." It's based on the true story of Lee Strobel, the former Editor of the Chicago Tribune. Lee, and his wife were staunch atheists until his wife became a Christian, and Lee took a leave of absence to try and disprove Jesus, and Christianity as a whole. He went all over the world to do this for a month, or two, because he wanted his atheist wife back, so to speak. Remember, an Editors job of a Newspaper, especially one of the biggest in the Nation, is to make sure the stories that go out in the paper are investigated, and truthful before published. At least they try to. He was a Master at that.

Two on the forefront are Boebert and MTG who collectively have the intellect of a squirrel. And what's with "Christians" and guns?

If late term abortion rights are so correct and overwhelmingly popular, why don't the Democrats simply initiate a new Constitutional Ammedment protecting it and stop the debate already?
....《crickets chirping》....

Uh, because you can't just initiate a new amendment without having the votes to actually pass it.

See, here's the thing - Republicans point to late term abortions when they want to outlaw it, even though those are very rare. They LIE and make it seem like they're common. They're not. They hit people with that emotional argument, even though it's completely disingenuous and misleading.

No, the point is that late term abortion is a ghoulish practice and it is has no support except within ideological extremists and that is the TRUTH. The demand for unfettered access to abortion regardless of the stage of development of the unborn is not a stated right in the Constitution and that is also the TRUTH. Since Abortion at any stage is not a Constituional Right, then it is subject to legislation as passed by the people's representatives and that is the TRUTH. The actual disingenuousness is the claim that access to abortion is a Constitutional right and it is the Democrats that appeal to emotional arguments (see rape and insest) as to why abortion should be considered a Constitutional right.

Would you say that we have a right to privacy? As in the 4th Ammendment? Yes. "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
