Apparently a very simple kindergarten question defies a so-called person of intelligence. It is unbelievable a Supreme Court nominee as dense as Ketanji Brown Jackson would ever be considered. She has two kids. How in the world she doesn’t know how children are made is beyond me? Maybe she was stoned, who knows. No one in their right mind would appoint such a person. It doesn’t take a biologist to understand XX and XY. However, it does take a disingenuous person that lacks the ability to know how people are constructive. And the ability to dodge a simple question. Perhaps she stands at a urinal, that might explain it’s (her) confusion.
Women are being marginalized by the leftist woke mob. Why are not women standing up? Or do they just protest when a male makes a horrible remark? Is that when they march with their vagina hats on? Women need to support women, just like many males support women.
Males competing with females in college sports and Olympic sports need to cut off their hang-down thing if they are serious. I’m not a biologist, just using common sense. I’m also not a vet, but I know what a dog is. I also know how to spot a fraud, which this administration has zero clue. It (KBJ) needs to be honest. How in the world could it ever render a verdict on gender when it doesn’t know what a female is or what a males is? This is friggin crazy it was ever nominated.
For the good of America, demand she be sent out to pasture.

Sorry she wasn't baited into a hot button issue that's likely going to be on the docket in the Supreme Court soon. Literal insanity. This supposed moral high ground is some of the biggest idiocy on the planet.

She was sharp enough to fend off Senators Graham and Cruz. She was a very artful dodger and never took their bait and kept her cool.

How in the world could it ever render a verdict on gender when it doesn’t know what a female is or what a males is? This is friggin crazy it was ever nominated. For the good of America, demand she be sent out to pasture. I think it's silly that this will have to be put in front of the Supreme Court. Let people go in whatever category they feel fits them when they are kids (because who cares really, they're kids). When they are amateur adults, transgender (male -> female) should be allowed to compete as females if they have taken hormone therapy for a set amount of time. I feel bad for transgender (female -> male), in that it would be difficult to be competitive with other Men even on hormones. For the Olympic sports (professionals), if there are tons of transgender (male -> female) dominating the Olympics, then you might need to make a separate category, similar to how disabled people have a separate Olympics. Right now we aren't seeing that, so I don't think that banning them is right. One advantage of having a separate transgender category is that transgender (female -> male) would get an opportunity to compete. The bathroom thing - who gives a damn - let people take care of business where they please. Frankly if nobody's around and I'm hiking I'll take a piss behind a boulder or tree. Don't see why it matters. The whole they/she or they/he thing where people identify their pronouns on social media is ridiculous imo, but whatever. If people want to do that they can. "How in the world could it ever render a verdict on gender when it doesn’t know what a female is or what a males is?"- I think that the point is that we are entering a future where gender identification is muted in formal settings. Gender just won't really be a thing in 50 years. Like it will be a thing that people will recognize visually, but it may not even be on licenses, it won't be asked in job applications, etc. The same thing will happen with race - it will be visually identifiable but not listed on licenses, job applications. Another solution is to have no categories, but give people a handicap based on their chromosomes/hormones. Women, Men, Transgender all compete in the same event but with different handicaps based on their biological advantage/disadvantage. On some level though there will always be an advantage or disadvantage. Some people are born with advantages over other people. Even in the Men category, some men are much taller then others, some stronger, some faster, etc. There will always be people that are better worse then one another, regardless of transgender (male -> female) or not. Kawhi has hands that are the size of a grizzly bear's paws. That gives him a huge advantage in basketball.

The bottom line is if this marginally qualified nominee got rejected, the Democrat constituents would have burned down entire cities. They have done it before and will do it again. The Republicans obviously didn’t want that, so they went along with the process rather than risk domestic upheaval. They have an upcoming election to dominate, no need to rock the boat and give the Dem Voters an excuse to spread mayhem.

Hyperbole be damned, I really hope you don't think this is true. Justice Jackson served almost nine years in federal district and appeals court, more than the current Chief Justice and Clarence Thomas combined. She's one of two sitting justices now to have any experience in trial or district courts. Amy Coney Barrett had never tried a case in any court before being named to the Supreme Court. I know the bar for the truth is low here, but this is outright fallacy that leans on trolling. The Republicans didn't go "along with the process", almost every single one of them voted no. They simply lost the vote. Lindsey Graham said the quiet part out loud, that the Republicans wouldn't vote for ANYONE Biden nominated, regardless of qualification. A disgusting and hypocritical point of view based on their ramming through of Barrett in an election year.

Yes, of course the Republicans didn’t vote for her, but there was no Democrat style Kavanaugh or Gorsuch character smear tactics based on unsubstantiated lies. The main objections were on her sketchy legal interpretations and failure to address concerns regarding her lenient sentencing of pornographers. And yes, if she got rejected (there was little chance of the Dems doing that) there would have been race riots by Democrats. It’s practically cliche by now.

No smear tactics? Did you not watch the hearing? Outright racial and sexual bias on full display. Blackburn's CRT crusade, straight out of the playbook. The GOP is literally so stupid that they tried to bait her into a predictably pathetic line of questioning that had nothing to do with her reputation or qualifications - It was mudslinging hypocrisy, as per their norm. Race riots? Lol. This feels like a Facebook post gone wrong. You didn't even address the fact that the Republicans wouldn't vote for ANYONE Biden nominated, let alone the most qualified appointee perhaps ever.

These proceedings were tame compared to the democrat slander Judge Kavanaugh had to endure. As for rioting, the Democrats pull the trigger on that almost every year, Baltimore, Ferguson, Kenosha, Minneapolis, New York, Denver, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, La Mesa ect. I can understand your confusion if you are a CNN viewer, since they are dedicated to an agenda and have trouble reporting accurate stories. Bottom line, she’s in with the Supremes.
