As I'm watching, I keep thinking that it's SJSU that could be the team on the verge of busting it wide open in the 2nd half.
They'd be doing it in the 1st, but keep shooting themselves in the foot.

You know, as I sit here and watch this game and thinking long-term...
It makes a lot more sense to me -- in terms of the "rivalry game" question -- that SJSU and Fresno will eventually make good rivals, and that we will likewise with UNLV (and probably graduate as package deal with the Rebels to whatever the next iteration of conference realignment will be).

I could be wrong though as I also feel that Fresno State and San Diego State have been rivals for decades. I am of the opinion that Boise beats us tomorrow. But, then again, I'm probably wrong about that as well. I don't see us ever being in a "package" with UNLV. |
