Sorry to disappoint you. I will tell you that the source utilized to provide that data is not watered down by anything, nor is it decades old. The age of my account and what my posting topics are is irrelevant. You would know that if you passed critical thinking 101. We should all be college educated here right? I'm just asking you to check your facts and back up your own arguments. You obviously have no interest in that. So what's next? Let's start with my earlier post where I outline the facts of the case and you do your best to deny reality. |

Why not accelerate the inevitable population reduction? Open carry SDSU, Viejas..why not? Man if they had that when I went to school..the frat houses would have looked like Swiss cheese. The thing about open carry and self defense is that you have to be assaulted, and have reason to believe your life is in danger, for the use of force to be legal. You can't open carry and shoot whoever you want. That would be illegal. Or are you just joking? here's my point. I grew up in the late 50's , 60's . Nobody in the neighborhoods had handguns. Just law enforcement dads. Yes deer rifles and some shotguns. Id have to do careful research..but I don't think the crime rate was any higher. What's changed? Course everyone in my neighborhood today is armed to the teeth (lowest crime rate in the county). Rittenhouse will become the darling of the right. Instead of "a dumb kid". Kenosha was a crazy uncontrolled riot ..right?. Is that why the only 3 people that night who were shot .were shot by Rittenhouse? He doesn't bring a military weapon made for blowing huge holes in human flesh..nobody dies. I've been alive 67 years..and I long for a better time in the past...sad to say ..but we are heading for the shitter on many levels. |

It's good entertainment. The only thing clear cut is white privilege on display and a judge that clearly favored the Rittenhouse side. Take a side by side contrast of the Arbery case with this case and compare the judicial behavior and actions. It's a stark contrast. |

Lol Of course you can make an argument it wasn't murder - There is no murder statute in Wisconsin. Also, so called "stand your ground" laws have existed for quite a while now and self-defense is an easy defense to mount because "fear for my life" has wide-reaching ground. That doesn't mean I don't believe Rittenhouse killed two people. |

Thanks. Honestly, I don't have the time to really delve into these studies tonight, but a couple things really jump out at me regarding the commission report. 1. Why do women, across all races, receive substantially lighter sentences than men? If the police were racist, wouldn't black women be given harsher sentencing than white men? 2. Certain categories of crime weren't studied, namely pedophilia, because insufficient occurrences of this crime existed across all races. There are significantly more white pedophiles than any other race. So are cops specifically targeting white men for this crime? A little off topic here. Just things to consider. |

You do recall the Sagon Penn trial here in San Diego, don't you?
His Constitutional right to justified self defense allowed him shoot and kill one cop, shoot and run over another cop with a stolen squad car and also shoot a completely innocent and non-threatening civilian ride along. And all while he was a person of color.
It is just woke idiocy that says if Kyle was a person of color that he would be convicted of murder, etc. How little you think of your/our fellow Americans.
