Whether guns were confiscated or not is irrelevant - There were weapons involved. Multiple people have been charged with firearms-related offenses. You can watch a video stream for yourself, without audio, if you're afraid of cable news. I don't watch CNN, so I can't comment on whatever craziness you're talking about. But it's not a CNN issue, it's a media in general issue. Fox and Tucker Carlson specialize in the same exact manipulation, unfortunately.
