Are you mad the media is showing Trump live and repeating his words in full context?...I agree...they should not cover him...or let the American people hear anything he says.... Trump's own words on his handling of the virus: www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkMwvmJLnc0&feature=emb_titleI saw the same comments in real time and anybody with half a brain was saying is he lying or stupid? The CDC in the background had to be giving him the straight poop. Maybe it's just "I could shoot somebody on 5th avenue and not lose any voters". Trump is the master of confusion. He knows he can throw word salads, untruths and exaggerations out there and it just doesn't seem to stick to him. When people are off balance and confused, it is easier to manipulate them. "The media is the enemy of the people" .. "The media is the enemy of the confused". As far as I'm concerned, the media and most of the Democrat Party are hostes humani generis. Enemies of the human race. Just up thread you were excoriating Trump for wanting to get the country back to work as soon as possible. Now what's going on with Cuomo? “We closed everything down. That was our public health strategy,” said Cuomo during an Albany press briefing. “If you re-thought that or had time to analyze that public health strategy, I don’t know that you would say ‘Quarantine everyone.’” It’s the third day in a row that Cuomo has publicly mused about quarantines and how best to eventually restart the Empire State’s shattered economy. We’ll be told that this is proof that Cuomo cares about people, and the things the press said about Trump will be memory-holed, at least until Trump says something similar, in which case the Cuomo remarks will be ignored. Because #journalism. The media are GARBAGE!

Only around 15 percent or less of young eligible registered voters including millennials showed up for the Super Tuesday Democratic primaries. These are supposed to be their people running for president. All they do is bitch and don't vote. So who gives a fék what they watch!!

Just a deflection with snotty comments on catheters and people you obviously listen to religiously, or you wouldn't know so much about them, or what advertisers they carry. My description of the human race includes what Governor Coonman McBabykiller of Virginia and most other D'Rats would "make comfortable" while the mother decides whether to kill it or not. Those 65+, and any other age too, regardless of what they watch or whether they use catheters.

And he's their king. Again, I will point out why no criticism from fluff boy regarding the mayor of New York telling New Yorkers as late as March 2nd and again on the 11th to go out on the town, ride the subway and have a good time despite the coronavirus. The guy even went to the gym on the 16th. This is a month and half after Trump implemented the travel ban to and from China and after health officials were telling people to volunteeringly self isolate. Absolutely nothing from him or the mainstream media that's run by lying lib bags. Nope, it's Trump is a racist and a con artist pretty much every time. I would also like to point out why would the media report Trump going to church during the holidays before he became president? But here's something from 2017 and only three and half months into his presidency that might clarify just a little bit with quote from the article. "The only thing that was different was all the security," Anne Yudenfreund, of Jupiter, said of the service. "There was no extra meaning. We've seen Trump at this church over the years. We've been coming here for 20 years...usually for holidays." www.palmbeachpost.com/news/local/president-trump-family-attend-easter-service-palm-beach/HbP7UUnKqwHbEkoClm9WXP/Everytime someone debunks these sheep what do you get? More deflection. It's the norm. BTW, I have had enough of Cuomo embarrassing himself every f****** day. This guy is all over the place. Just like all the conflicting information after the fist case was reported.

Well you guys both suck. But here is a story Dave will enjoy. My best buddy at the Gym (which is closed of course) is a retired Oakland policeman. We have been playing hoop together for years. He's a bit more banged up than me because he is from back in the day when the police "engaged" more than they do now. He has been in lots of fights, mostly one-way of course. His beats over the years included west Oakland, Richmond and Berkeley. So lots of riots, gangs, Peoples Park and on and on. We have shared a lot of stories over the years and those were his friends in the 2009 traffic stop gone bad and the officer who went up the one-way street and never came out in the 1991 Oakland Hills Fire. We are pretty well matched and have pounded on each other quite a bit over the years. So I can say I've been hit pretty damn hard in the face by an Oakland cop! He talks a lot like you guys, but we don't get into politics. Surprise, he likes Jerry Brown though! So, one day he tells me how much he hates the Grateful Dead and their dirty hippie fans. I guess he worked some concerts at Oakland Coliseum and the Oakland Arena. Of course, I was at a lot of those shows in the 70's and I wore my "Dead" shirt the next time we played. He thought it was pretty funny. Anyway, he's got my back and I got his... so there is hope for humanity.

Why aren't you or the liberal media criticizing the New York leadership for their obvious mishandling of the coronavirus in that state? You or anyone else for that matter can not cover up what the mayor of NY was telling New Yorkers just weeks ago. Are we going to get an actual answer from you or just more fluffed deflection?

I dont give a f x x x about answering you. how bout that. Well fluff boy, whenever someone posts the facts or debunks your f****** garbage, all you do is deflect. Still no answer from you or the other Trump haters about the lying douchebag mayor of NY who is claiming Trump has abandoned his city. And now you are trying to be positive with an inspirational post. What a joke!! You sure weren't very positive in your effort to divide when all the BS conflicting information was going around. You also posted some BS about Trump not going to holiday services before running for president. That was proven wrong. And all you can come up with is "you guys suck" Nice argument followed by an inspirational story. I have been critical of Trump when it comes to his stance on the environment and handling the California wildfires. But the hypocritical lies coming from people like you and the political game playing lib bags during a pandemic is disgusting. BTW, I was a registered Democrat for 32 years but have had enough of the lies and embarrassing attempts Democrats are trying in order to gain power. According to recent polls, two thirds of the American people are starting to see right through the lies. Thank GOD!! Well except for the sheep and people like you. You are the biggest con man on this board.

Hmm, I'll bet your friend knew my daughter, she was a dispatcher for OPD before becoming a sworn officer with East Bay Regional Park Police. I met Jerry Brown when he was mayor. We had him as a guest speaker at our officer's association luncheon. He showed up with headlights flashing like Christ come to cleanse the temple. He related his plan to address crime in Oakland, and by the time he left office he had accomplished exactly nothing. Kind of like Biden that way, but without the dementia. All hat no cattle. He had a dead fish handshake that almost felt slimy. P.S. I'd have your back, Rich. (Even tho I "suck")

Don't know why my friend liked Brown, but must have had something to do with policies regarding the Department? Anyway, stay safe... and the story about your Dad remains the best single post I have ever read on Aztecmesa.

It's pretty bad when ESPN has a routine bunt in one their top 10's that they have been showing through all this.

Back to the topic, Trump is not quiting. He continues to fight for Americans as all of our elected officials should be doing instead of trying to implement their agenda during one of the worst health and economic crisis in U.S. history.

After posting this you didn't hesitate to join in on all the fun regarding the Covid-19 outbreak over in the sports section where it started to get rather heated. No arugments just one sentence or a couple of words to egg on an already heated mess. That thread had absolutely no business being there. 95 percent of those poster don't come here to voice their opinions. And there were a lot of them. The mods let a lot of stuff go in here because we just battle. But over there people's feelings get hurt. Anyway, whatever and have a blessed Aztec day. 👍

btw , I will be proven right about Fauchi. His days are numbered. Scientists have a difficult time lying. They are driven by truth and data. Trump likes to muddy the waters so he can keep people off balance. That's how he can more easily manipulate the truth. "I will never let you down" to Alex Jones on his run up to 2016.

Trump likes to muddy the waters so he can keep people off balance. That's how he can more easily manipulate the truth. "I will never let you down" to Alex Jones on his run up to 2016. Dr Fauci was asked a hypothetical question on CNN and of course the left goes nuts as usual. April 13, 2020 | 2:01pm President Trump won’t fire White House coronavirus task force member Anthony Fauci despite sharing a tweet with the hashtag #FireFauci, a spokesman said on Monday. “This media chatter is ridiculous – President Trump is not firing Dr. Fauci,” said White House principal deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley. “The President’s tweet clearly exposed media attempts to maliciously push a falsehood about his China decision in an attempt to rewrite history,” Gidley said. “It was Democrats and the media who ignored Coronavirus choosing to focus on impeachment instead, and when they finally did comment on the virus it was to attack President Trump for taking the bold decisive action to save American lives by cutting off travel from China and from Europe. Dr. Fauci has been and remains a trusted advisor to President Trump.” www.wsj.com/articles/trump-retweets-call-for-dr-fauci-to-be-fired-over-coronavirus-comments-11586760531nypost.com/2020/04/13/trump-will-not-fire-anthony-fauci-despite-firefauci-retweet/Let's not forget Dr Fauci telling the President and the American people this weeks after the travel ban to and from China was implemented which Fauci criticized. Risk of coronavirus in USA is 'minuscule'; skip mask and wash hands. "There is no circulating sustained transmission of coronavirus in the United States," according to Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. "The flu is a real and present issue that we are going through right now," Fauci said. "We're so used to every year having the seasonal flu that we sort of take it for granted. It's part of life. And yet each year it kills from [30,000] to 79, 80,000 on our worst year." So what is the truth? And where was Dr Fauci getting his information and saying those things in mid February? 🤔

Far right loons have been after Fauchi for a couple months. Look at the comments at FOXnews.com on any subject involving Fauchi. Perhaps 70 % are anti Faichi and the "deep state" he represents. Trump tweets hashtag #firefauchi for a reason. Bends to the nut jobs just like he did Mattis, Kelly and on and on. Spare me pro Fauchi links....the far right hates him.

A lot of people in the government on both sides were slow to act on Coronavirus. If anything, this whole incident has shown how much better Californians have fared with our early response to the pandemic then New Yorkers (Cuomo/Trump). Thank you Gavin Newsom!
And screw the idiotic Wisconsin Supreme Court who were willing to make people vote in person in the middle of a pandemic, so that the Wisconsin conservatives can practice voter suppression in Milwaukee (where there were only 5 polling stations in the entire city, instead of the 100 or so that there normally is), so that the Wisconsin 2020 Supreme Court vote will probably go conservative. Ten other states delayed their elections, but only Wisconsin was callous enough to run theirs for political reasons and endanger millions of Americans lives. That debacle enrages me more then Trump's antics, or Cuomo's stupidity.
That being said, a stronger response from our president (along the lines of what Governor Newsom did in California) would have saved a lot, and I mean a lot, of American lives. While Cuomo is also culpable, ultimately the man at the top has the biggest stick to wield, and more responsibility rests with him to wield that power. Trump bears more responsibility for this then Cuomo, or any other governor, congressman, or elected official - and that's also why there is so much media attention on him.
Ultimately, the reason why we are talking about Cuomo's response to this, or Newsom's response to this, is because Trump did not take a leadership role in this pandemic early enough. If Trump had shut down our borders in January, and shut down the country in the beginning of March, we would be talking about what a great leadership role he played in all of this. State governors took action because of a lack of federal action early on.

China 100% is lying about when the outbreak actually occurred - I bet it started in October. That was a massive cover-up on their part. Still, action could have been taken sooner by Trump then he did.
